Patrice was a fantastic host. very quick to respond to anything. Location great, I would say quite quiet with being in an apartment just had the trams going by but you get used to them. Apartment has everything you need, king bed was super comfy ! Parking is limited but we did manage. All in all a fabulous stay ! would use again. Thankyou Patrice !

Just wow! This place in Brussels exceeded all our expectations. Super central location, stylishly furnished and immaculately clean. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – we felt immediately welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the small terrace was perfect for a morning coffee. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for comfort and charm in Brussels. We will definitely be back!

Transportation and shopping are convenient, the owner is very enthusiastic to introduce, and also sent beer, thank you very much🙏🏻

Perfect stay at BOB. Mini problem for check-in but BOB is very accommodating and came to drop off the keys where we needed them. Maybe a key box would be the best to make the stay PERFECT. We'll go back to BOB!

Incredible place and incredible host, easily one of the best places I have been to. There is no way you will regret it.

Located in the heart of Brussels, you're surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. Super close to the metro, reasonably walkable from the train station, this place is location location location. The apartment is larger than the pictures imply. There's an entrance hallway that's plenty big to store luggage, shoes and jackets. The open plan is great for one or two. Being in the middle of the city, it does get loud. Earplugs are a must for light sleepers. And there's plenty of morning sunshine (if Belgium has sun! I hear it's not always cloudy, though I haven't experienced it) so if you plan on sleeping in, perhaps an eyemask would help. Will definitely come back!

Bernard is a very nice person. He provided clear instructions how to reach his house. He also shares surrounding attraction and restaurant with us. He also gave safety guidance to us where we should not go at night. The location is also great as is walking distance to all famous attraction and cafe.

Very quiet neighbourhood, and perfectly adequate accommodation for a single person for a couple of days stay. Beautiful area and enjoyed a morning run around the nearby lake.

Łukasz is very helpful and well organised. We love the area, so much to do close by and still away from any crowds. The apartment was ideal for our family with kids, with bedroom on separate floor from kitchen/living.

We had a great time in Brussels. The accommodation was ideally located, the apartment was cozy and Mathieu's responsiveness and advice were a plus. We recommend.

Great stay, Maïté and Peter were very welcoming. The place is like the pictures, full of charm and tastefully decorated. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped (oil, spices, etc.) The accommodation is well located within walking distance of restaurants and walking paths. As two years ago, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time! The Natural pool was really nice! Marco was really accommodating and super flexible (we had to arrive a day later than planned and were then greeted by his wonderful mother in law). When I couldn’t get the TV to work, Marco responded immediately and stayed online until it was solved. Thank you!! 😊

Amazing space, super dog friendly. Just remember a pair of slip on shoes for going outside.

Nice house with 2 floors . It has beautiful backyard and fully equipped house . Very easy to check in with phone , Du is always online and ready to help ! we came with car and it has perfect parking space in front of the garage . we were visiting antwerp and it takes 40-50 mins to get to the city center by public transportation.
