Walking into the tiny home, feels like you’re somewhere near a warm beach 🤭 It’s beautifully set up, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The only downside is that the TV is located in the dining/small living room area so there is no TV to each while laying in bed. Other than that minor detail and if you don’t mind it, it’s a wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend. I also really appreciate the earlier check-in than most Airbnb’s as well as the later check-out than most, that is a plus!

The sky loft was perfect for my needs. I noted it was well suited for babies and toddlers. It would have been nice to enjoy the Sky Loft Deck, however the weather was not ideal and I wasn’t there for entertainment, just a place to sleep. It also felt very safe. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive,

This place was absolutely amazing! She truly made it feel like it was your own home. It’s was nicely decorated and had everything you could need there. It was clear a lot of love and care was put into the place and was worth the price! It’s less than 10 minutes away from downtown Eugene. The street was really quiet and felt super cozy. Would definitely recommend to someone else and would go again! Thank you Autumn!!

Dralyn’s place was perfect for our trip to Eugene! Private with a beautiful garden but also accessible to everything we needed - 1 mile away from Hayward field and the university! He was a great host - checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was going well, and the place was very well suited for a long weekend stay. Bed is extremely comfortable as well - probably the best we have slept in months!

We had an amazing stay! Maria is a kind and thoughtful host who went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable for us. The location was minutes from everything we ever needed. We loved the goats and chickens who were the highlight of our daughter’s visit to Eugene.

Pictures were accurate, felt very comfortable and safe. Great location, easily walkable to UO through beautiful neighborhood. Wonderful and quick communication from the host, squeaky clean, comfy bed!

Nice neighborhood location with easy access to the river trail. It was cold and drizzly when we visited and both the main room and the bedroom were cozy warm thanks to the mini split in each room. The kitchen is functional and we used it to bake tea cakes for our college student. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay and loved it here. My daughter and I were in town for a college tour and this was the perfect space for our visit. The pathway down to the studio was well lit at night (and beautiful). The studio was even more gorgeous than the photos and the grounds and surrounding area were so peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub among the beautiful trees was such a treat. Abra was so welcoming and helpful and we loved that she let us say hi to one of her adorable dogs.

What a nice find for our trip to get my son settled into Eugene. Peaceful apt, very conveniently located to U of O, walking trails, nearby park. Beds are very comfy. Place is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen met our needs and being stocked with coffee is always a plus! Never heard noise from the main house or street. Would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in Eugene! Faith’s private suite was exactly what I needed—quiet, clean, and comfortable. Communication before arrival was clear and helpful, and the self-check-in with the keypad made things super easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch when I asked for milk or creamer for my coffee—Faith brought it right to my door! I came and went as needed, check-out was a breeze, and the entire stay was seamless. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Faith!

I had such a wonderful stay! Diane is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit is spacious and has a lot of natural light. The backyard is lovely and there’s a great view of it from the bedroom. The neighborhood is really nice, full of gorgeous flowers in the spring, great for walking your dog, and super close to a ton of places. I really loved my time here!

Very comfortable space to rent while visiting Eugene. Pros- safe, beautiful neighbourhood, easy to find, comfy mattress, centrally located. Cons- it was shared on the listing that you can hear noise from upstairs… that is true. You can hear people walking around and moving things very clearly which made us think perhaps they could hear us in the flat. It was very quiet at nighttime however. The bed was super comfortable but bed pillows could be replaced. The bathroom linens were clean but some had bleach stains on them. It would be nice if the kitchen utensils included smaller spoons for cereal and sharp dinner knives. Overall, this property is a nice space and we enjoyed our stay.

Peters place was absolutely perfect! Anything we needed was easy to locate and the room perfectly appointed. It was so close to all cute things like food, markets, U of O. The space was cozy, comfortable and excellently furnished.

We loved Neal and Sheri's space! It suited our family of 3 perfectly and was extremely easy to get to. I would highly recommend this space to anyone visiting the area and we will definitely look to see if it's available during our next trip to the Eugene/Springfield area.

Cute little suite that was ideal for our overnight needs. The river walk access across the street was perfect for a jog with my dog.

Had two amazing nights’ sleep. The bed, pillows and linens are super comfortable. The whole place is comfortable, nicely decorated and welcoming. It was a short walk to a great dinner on Saturday night. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Lovely walking in the area and looking at the homes and their gardens! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Trey and Barbara put a lot of effort into being good hosts. They are kind and helpful. Since the entrance and back deck are shared spaces, it's really good to have enjoyable hosts. The space was good for the two of us and walking distance to our son's apartment. Thanks for a nice stay!
