Holiday rentals with a patio in Eugenia Lake

This was my wife and I’s second time visiting Midland to attend the annual butter tart festival. Our previous rental unit last year was great as were the furnishing so the bar was high for this year’s Airbnb rental. In fact, the “Home in Midland” rental unit and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The rental unit's location was only minutes from the festival and most amenities such restaurants, waterfront and stores. We never moved the car during our stay since everything was within a short walk. About the hosts welcoming attitude and hospitality: Upon arrival, we requested an early entry which was granted without hesitation. We were also fortunate enough to meet one of the hosts (Shelby) she was extremely pleasant and assisted us in making sure we were in the right parking spot, which was well indicated. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our unit and were pleasantly surprised at the space of the rental . The pictures online were absolutely on point and matched expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place just a few minutes from the Village where there are great restaurants and shops. The condo was everything we expected and more - fabulous open concept and bright. A deck overlooking the golf course and the Blue Mountains - it doesn't get much better than that. The hosts were responsive and delivered on all the promises made in the description. We had a great stay! The place was spotless, the check-in process was super easy, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the harbour. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Natalie’s place is excellent! The studio was super clean and very nice. We felt right at home!! It had everything we needed and was close to all the local attractions. Natalie provided a guide ahead of our trip with information about the AirBnb, as well as local recommendations for food and things to do. She was extremely kind and responsive. Decided day of to stay a night in blue mountain after camping. Wasn’t sure if we would be able to get a place to stay on a few hour notice. Dom & Christen replied and accepted with in minutes and let us check in a bit early. Very friendly hosts and a nice place.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The best part was the spectacular view of Georgian Bay. The view of the sunrise over the lake was stunning. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, watching the swans and other birds. We also enjoyed a fire at the waterside fire pit. Not far from the beach or the slopes in winter.

My husband and I just got back from a much needed relaxing weekend away and the place was perfect! We loved the hot tub and the privacy, including the water fall you can hear. My husband made great use of the sauna. The place was clean and updated. We stayed the whole weekend and found it the perfect place to unwind.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

Great spot to rent...Beautiful space. Host were very friendly and had prompt communication. Perfect type of place to get away. Would have been better if the weather was nicer. I expect we will rent here again in the future.

Keith is a great host! He gave very clear and easy to follow instructions about the property! We also had the privilege of checking in a few hours early, which was very helpful with our 6 month old. The house/property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend away with friends. My husband and I really appreciated that there was some baby furniture available as well! We look forward to staying at Keith’s property again in the future :)

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. I wish this was my house. Truly, that’s my only complaint. The entire place is stunning, but the backyard is a true oasis. The photos don’t even come close to doing it justice. It’s peaceful, beautifully set up, and the kind of space you’ll find yourself daydreaming about long after you leave. Inside, everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The bed was super comfortable, the location was ideal, and every little detail felt intentional and warm. It’s one of those rare places that feels like home the second you walk in. I already can’t wait to come back. Seema - if you ever decide to sell, please call me first. ❤️

Our one night stay at Sabine’s was tremendous. The home is well appointed with plenty of space and easy walking distance to the village. Located in a second floor end unit, it’s a place you immediately feel comfortable in. There is a view of the slopes from the main room picture windows and a small deck area with muskoka chairs. There’s a sizeable fridge to store your beverages to drink while soaking up the views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, and good sized master in the loft with king bed and en suite. Sabine was very communicative and left detailed instructions. Remote check in was a breeze. There is parking available. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back.

Such an amazing place! So tastefully decorated and super close to the blue mountain village. Well stocked kitchen, the place was spotless and the host was very kind and friendly. We had a wonderful family weekend there and we are already excited to come back! Thanks so much again.

Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Blue Mountain. The unit is very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The property is located within a 10-15 minute walk to the village and short drive to Collingwood and surrounding areas.

My family and I had the best time at Friday Harbour accommodated my Adriana. Her place was beautiful and clean. Literally everything we needed was already thought of and stocked. The condo was walking distance to the main boardwalk area where we found lots to do. My family and I will definitely revisit this condo soon!

Lovely modern place in a beautiful setting. Communication was great and the condo was very clean with everything you’d need. We wished we had more time to stay and explore.
