Holiday rentals with breakfast in Eumseong-gun

Great place conveniently located near Seoul station with lots of food options. Place is as described, with complete amneties provided as per description. Host was friendly and kind enough to extend our checkout time by 1 hour. Felt like a home away from home.

The view was great, the park was close, and the external accessibility to marts and restaurants was good. But the bathroom was a little disappointing. Overall, I'm satisfied because it's as comfortable and cozy as my own home!

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

Three people stayed for a day, but it was a shame for just one day! The basic atmosphere was good, but I was impressed by the charming decorations on the veranda and other places! First of all, it was a very tidy accommodation with the same condition as the photos, and even though it was an early check-in request and a lot of rain, it smelled good throughout the accommodation and dehumidified it well, so it was an accommodation where you could feel comfortable at the same time! I was so satisfied not only with the cleanliness of the accommodation but also with the service, the charger, the dry gear (2), the kitchen necessities, and the welcome snacks that we had a lot to eat, so we couldn't eat all of them, and the requests after leaving the room. I am so grateful that I think of this accommodation first when I think of a trip to Daejeon again!! I hope you are always healthy and see you again:)

It was really close to Hongik University Station, so it was easy to get around, and the location was really good. When I checked in, they moved my luggage from the 1st to the 4th floor, so it wasn't difficult. The interior of the accommodation was also sensually decorated, and I felt that they paid attention to every single accessory. Overall, the cleanliness was very neat, so I was able to rest comfortably, and especially the mattress was fluffy and comfortable, so I slept well. It rained during the trip, but there was an umbrella prepared at the accommodation, and I was grateful that the host sent a message to use the umbrella comfortably. It was an accommodation where I felt the thoughtful consideration. My wife was really satisfied, so I was really grateful to the host. I definitely want to use it again when I come to Seoul next time.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The COZE team were readily available and easy to communicate with. The airport pickup service made it so easy to get to the home after long flights. The home was very comfortable with great amenities. Thank you COZE!

The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, so I was able to use it conveniently! There is a valley right in front of you, so it is good to play with your feet! There was a thick mat, so several people visited, but we were able to sleep comfortably! The exterior of the accommodation is also beautiful, so it's nice to take pictures! It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Recommend this accommodation!The room is clean, especially the towels and daily necessities are well prepared.The room is quiet and you can rest well.It's convenient nearby, with subway and shopping district and free parking.The host is very friendly to communicate with, and the check-in instructions are very clear.The only pity is that the check-in time is a little late

This check in was to go to KINTEX for a show.First of all, it is very convenient to walk for 30 seconds at the exit of Daika Station.There are also Olive young and convenience stores downstairs in the accommodation, as well as plenty of restaurants and Cafe.It also only takes 10 minutes to walk past the venue, and it is highly recommended that people who watch the show live here.Going to the airport and Seoul city area is also a bus that arrives directly in about 1 hour.The accommodation and the pictures matched the description and the bed was comfortable.Supplies are also provided and there is plenty of water in the fridge.Will stay again next time for a show.

It was nice to have fast and smooth communication. I was able to use the accommodation comfortably because you adjusted the check-in time. The accommodation was clean and the bedroom was well organized, so I was able to sleep comfortably. All the people who stayed with me were satisfied and rested well.

The Hanok is a beautiful and authentic place to stay. A quiet oasis in Seoul and you feel like you are back in time. The service is very good and the Korean breakfast is recommended.

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏
