In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Charming newly renovated 50m2 outbuilding located under Gaillon Castle and a 5-minute walk from the city center. 25 minutes from Monet's garden in Giverny, 45 minutes from Rouen and 1 hour from Paris, the accommodation, very quiet, is in the middle of a landscaped garden and has a beautiful view of the old Renaissance gardens of the castle. I can also welcome you to another house two minutes from this one that you can find on the site in the name of the "Logis du château".

This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too.
