The home features a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, full kitchen, & natural wood cabinets & trim throughout. The view is spectacular, atmosphere is fun, & a place to relax and enjoy the river! Only 10 miles from Northwest Arkansas lne.

It is in town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, and yet it is very private with no neighbors in sight. You can step across the street and get your mountain bike on one of the most popular mountain biking trails in Eureka Springs. There is a hot tub, and we are pet friendly!

Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.
