Enter through the secret gate in the hedgerow, Scout's Meadow is nestled in its own private grounds, with wood fired hot tub, fire pit, pizza oven & veranda. The wagon has a cosy king bed, cooking facilities, fridge freezer and wood stove. Right next door is the bathroom with flushing toilet, sink and hot shower.

Gamekeepers Carriage is our beautifully converted railway carriage that has been developed to create self contained accommodation, our take on luxury glamping. Positioned elevated above Pateley Bridge on our family run farm you will find yourselves surrounded by fields moorland and stunning views. Sleeping two the bespoke and individual carriage whilst small and relatively compact is perfectly formed. The addition of a hot tub provides luxury for every occasion and we welcome well behaved dogs.

We have a viewing platform to admire the amazing dark skies and a hot tub to relax in as well as secure bike storage and a drying room, after a walk or cycle ride in the lovely Northumberland countryside. The Kimberlina is a cosy, custom built, carriage located in Ravenscar, a beautiful coastal village situated on the Jurassic Coast National Park. The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.
