Family-friendly holiday rentals in Eustis

The house was incredibly clean and very spacious. I appreciated that someone came regularly to clean the pool—especially since I’m very clean and a bit of a germophobe! The host was also very responsive, which I truly appreciated. We had a small issue with the HOA, and I’m grateful the host was on top of it and supportive throughout. I felt safe at all times in the gated community, and my kids really enjoyed the pool.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting my mom in Clermont. This home is spacious and spotless with an absolutely dreamy enclosed porch that's perfect for relaxing and reading. The home's courtyard is full of beautiful florals and greenery, it felt like coming home to a garden paradise! Katelynn was a responsive and thoughtful host; the house was meticulously organized and prepared so guests would have everything they could possibly need, including a cooler and beach tote for outings. So thoughtful! Thank you for everything, Katelynn, we hope to return soon!

Very clean and convenient transportation

Maria's place was super cozy. It had everything we needed and then some. the property is beautiful. Pools were nice. and the staff at the gates were very welcoming. No problems. very relaxing.

Laura’s place was very accommodating to our week trip to Disney World! Close to all of the parks as well as all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores surrounding! Cool AC, a hot shower and a cozy bed—hard to beat after a HOT day at any of the parks! Very responsive to messages and suggested lots of great recommendations! Definitely a “bang for your buck” at Laura’s place! Looking forward to referring all of our friends and planning our next trip soon! Thanks again, Laura and staff! 🙂

Ronaldo’s place was amazing, everything was as described, all the main attractions are nearby and he was always responsive to all our questions since day 1, definetely a great place to stay in Orlando

This was one of my best Airbnb stays in a while. The resort location, amenities, and clubhouse staff were very convenient. The host had very clear instructions and was very communicative. The apartment itself was very spacious. Much larger than I expected. Thanks!

All I can say is this beautiful AirB&B made our tiny get away spectacular! It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it was clean, had all the amenities and a some extra fun things like a poker table for a nice evening wind down activity. The host Stacey was so kind and welcoming. I know for sure that when we plan another trip to Daytona, we would love to come back to the Pelican Place. Our dog also loved it, there is a dog beach close by too. Fun was had by everyone!!!

My stay was amazing, you feel as though you are at a resort. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I was actually staying in the area for another week and would have loved to stay there for the upcoming week as well.

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

Nice location, right size for family vacation and kids enjoyed bunk beds a lot.. Very nearer to Disney parks, I would highly recommend and would consider again for my future Orlando vacation.

I’ve booked this house a few times and it’s been a great stay every time.

We loved our stay here! We were greeted by the welcoming committee of ducks and White Ibises when we walked out to the patio - they are adorable. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was nice to cool down after a day at the parks and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants and also very close to the parks - which was awesome!! I highly recommend staying here. Judy was a great host to work with and we look forward to our next visit! Oh! And I caught a bass in the pond…added bonus!

Most pleased with everything: the place so cosy and clean. It was so convenient to everything we needed including Disney. Communication was phenomenal. The pool and water play area for kids was a bonus. We will differently return. Would highly recommend to check it out! Thank you so much!

Nice clean place and great area!!

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . It Felt like home away from home. Mrs.Mary place was sunshine after the rain Thanks for saving my vacation I will be recommending you to another who wants a fabulous place to stay while on vacation

Johann’s place was AMAZING! It was super nice and affordable and perfect for me and my husband’s trip to Disney. The private entrance made us feel safe and the place itself was clean and so cozy. We will definitely be trying to stay here again for future trips!

The apartment is beautiful, large, comfortable, clean, has everything you need for the holidays and more! Nicolas always responded quickly and answered everything we asked. The pool is beautiful and large! Everything was great.

this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Great location!! You’re 12min distance to the Disney Parks, 4min from outlets and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful unit with lots of activities for the kids.
