This house is amazing! All facilies in the house are high-quality, clean and so smart. It is much better than a 5-star hotel. The location is also great - many good restaurants are close by. Would highly recommend it and will definitely stay again in my next trip to San Jose!

found everything as described in listing. host responds promptly to messages [some airbnb hosts do not but FenFen does]. room has separate entrance where there are three rooms rented out; they share one bathroom and living space with full fridge and microwave. as another reviewer already mentioned, rooms are marked A, B and C and the fridge has three shelves marked A, B and C so everyone has their own shelf in fridge and food will not get mixed up. tip for future guests; bath tub drains slowly so open water flow to minimum necessary and use hand held shower head to direct water to different body parts

I loved my stay with Yun ❤️. She is very proactive, friendly and responsive. I checked in close to midnight and she still responded to me. My room was very clean and well-maintained and the bed was VERY comfortable, I fell asleep within seconds. You will find very clear instructions through the house. Her house is located on East Bay and San Francisco City is an hour away by BART train ride. I used to take the train to get to the city and I got to admire the beautiful Californian suburban areas. Angy is very friendly, welcoming, thoughtful and cares at the fate of other people. I arrived very late but she was up to welcome me and I checked out late, yet she was flexible and friendly with me. She was very responsive regarding communication. She was not just a host, I consider her as a new friend.

I had such a comfortable stay at Cindy’s place. The room is very tasteful and has excellent natural light, the cupboard is handy too. The kitchen is well appointed and there’s pretty much everything you need. I really enjoyed being able to sit in the beautiful garden. Cindy was very helpful and even picked fruit for us from the garden. A perfect place in San Jose, would stay again!

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!
