Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Exuma

My friends and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ingrid’s beautiful Airbnb in Georgetown, Exuma over the weekend, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we could tell we had chosen the perfect place. Ingrid’s home was not only spotlessly clean, but also fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it honestly felt like a home away from home and so peaceful. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location could not have been more perfect. We were just minutes from the airport, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient, and we were right near the Regatta site, which was a huge plus since we spent a lot of time there enjoying the festivities. Being so close to everything made our weekend stress-free and allowed us to make the most out of every moment.

Absolutely incredible home. Pictures don’t even do justice with how beautiful the beach is. Wake up and walked 2 steps down to the beach. Jana was an amazing host, we weren’t familiar with the area but she helped handle car rental, gave great restaurant recommendations as well as activities to do on the island during our stay. Jack’s Island House was phenomenal. The house itself was clean and extremely well appointed. There were more than enough towels, water pressure in the showers was amazing, the outdoor showers are a dream, the mattresses are comfortable, pillows are fluffy. It was all great. No complaints. The kitchen has more spices than I do at home and every utensil you need to cook. We cooked dinner almost every night. The view is stunning and literally takes your breath away every morning. I will miss morning coffee on the deck looking out at the blue water. I think Jack could charge double for his place- I was truly in awe of where we stayed. We vacation 2-3x per year and usually stay in an AirBnb because we have 3 kids- I can say without a doubt this is the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Both Jack and the house manager were so helpful and responsive for any questions we had. We were so very sad to leave!!!

Amazing time – best beach vacation ever! The house had everything we needed and was spotless, located right in front of a stunning beach. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Exuma is truly a paradise! We loved the breathtaking view from the balcony. The location was perfect—close to a supermarket and ideally situated in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore both sides. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back soon.

Amazing place to stay

Beautiful piece of paradise! The house has all the seating arrangements you could ever ask for- fire pit, lounge chairs, by the water, shaded, outdoor dining, indoor dining, etc. The house was perfect for our big family of 3 couples and 6 kids, and the kids loved their upstairs nook. The house was spotless, and our host was super helpful and kind. We even had fresh fish delivered! Can’t wait to go back!

Our first trip to Exuma could not have been more perfect! Villa Seabreeze was exactly as pictured and delivered such an exceptional experience on multiple levels! We were greeted by sea turtles and nurse sharks our very first evening and continued to be visited by the sea life every day of our stay . . . definitely a highlight. Having a private sandy beach made snorkeling in the "backyard" super convenient and the additional sundeck and outdoor shower allowed us to escape the sand while still soaking up the rays. This home is definitely off the beaten path but so, so worth being able to "get away" from the crowds of the resorts that are "closer in." And there was something very special about being able to look across the water and see only land and sea. We will be sharing Villa Seabreeze with all our family and friends in the hopes that they, too, can experience such an incredible little slice of heaven should they find themselves in Exuma! We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The views were absolutely impeccable and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Dave was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Loved the little beach across from Airbnb and nearby restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying here, but bring extra towels. Lol The ocean is right there and waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and looking out at the pristine water was like a dream. The island is a welcoming, beautiful place with amazing local foods and gorgeous outlooks. The local people are friendly and helpful. Will defiantly go back again.

Great location and it was really nice to be able to use the Hideaway’s amenities. The Airbnb was equipped with everything you need, but I will admit the bed was a little hard and not super comfortable, but not too bad. The couch is also not the best… so it’s not great to have a group hang in the living room as options to sit are limited. But it was perfect for what I needed! Didn’t want to leave!

Had an awesome time. It was a home away from home. Check in was slow and the place is easy to find. This was our 2-3 time staying in Shenifer&Shorn units . Always responding to questions when asked. Will most likely book again

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

Meredith was great! She was in communication and easy to get ahold of if needed. The place was PERFECT! Looked exactly like the photos. Location was also perfect with a few restaurants and beaches within walking distance but also a short 5 min drive to Georgetown. When we come back I hope to be able to book with Meredith again.

The location was perfect! Very own beach area, with SUP and kayaks at our disposal. So peaceful and private, yet not too far from town. The property manager, Lott, was fantastic, and so helpful. We went on excursions most days; rented a boat and toured Elizabeth Harbour; went to every beach we could find...all exquisite and peaceful. Weather for us, couldn't have been any better. Took a day long tour to Staniel Cay which was super fun and filled with lots of cool activities. Touristy but a must see, sort of thing. Looking forward to going back to Exuma.

We stayed here at Casa Gloria for my daughter’s Senior trip. As soon as we booked Terecita sent all kinds of useful info about the area and things to do, places to eat etc. I was able to do a lot of research based on the info she sent and already knew what we were going to spend our days there doing. We had a delay at the airport and was so worried that we weren’t going to be able to make our trip. Terecita immediately started to offer to reach out to friends that may be able to help get us there. In the end we made it just a day late. When we arrived at the airport her husband was there to greet us and help us to our rental car. We then followed him to Casa Gloria. Upon arrival Terecita greeted us and showed us around the home. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. She sent us more info as to grocery store options and gas stations, nearby beaches. She was absolutely the BEST! Any questions were answered almost immediately. She has the best heart! Thank you Terecita! Super host!

It is located in Little Exuma in the area where there is almost nothing. House in the tranquility of Barraterre beautiful and has just been renovated all new . Equipped with everything you need It is built on two floors with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) each with bathroom A shared bathroom Small but fully equipped kitchen x 4 She also provided us with water and drinks in the fridge. Mirrored Ground Floor. There's a place with a washer dryer and all detergents Outside 4 sun loungers for relaxation. Very windy at night but I don't know if it's the time Jenny(the wife)was always available for anything(she also helped us with excursions)and one morning she cooked us the typical Bahamian breakfast. I'd be back in a hurry! Terrace with a view of thewater

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!

This is a great Airbnb! It’s a great size and was immaculate! Right on the beach…you can hear the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, both have glass doors to the deck! Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge help!! It’s right by the airport so very convenient. We booked literally the last minute and they had everything spotless and ready very quickly. The communication was great. Would definitely stay here again..highly recommend!!!

This place was a dream! Lidia and Eric were wonderful hosts and very helpful! They were always available for us and provided a ride to the airport for us. Driftwood was the most beautiful place, not to mention my two young children LOVED it!! Hope to visit again soon!
