Pavilion of the Guard of the Porte d'Embrun

Former Warden's Pavilion, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 at the entrance to the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts like Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent units, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented. The pavilion was completely renovated in 2020, alone in the middle of a century-old tree plantation.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
