This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).

Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.

This accommodation offers easy access to must-see sites: 300 m from the train station (4 min walk) and 1 km from Galeries Lafayette (12 min walk). Ideal for a business or tourist stay, it accommodates 4 people: a 160 bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped (oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle). A washing machine is available in the shower room.
