Everything was great. The location is good, there are a couple of supermarkets and restaurants right near the apartment. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and internet worked perfectly (although there were couple a of short-term disconnects during our 10’days stay, they were fixed quickly)

The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this sleek and modern one-bedroom apartment right next to the iconic Galata Tower. The space was beautifully designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. It was perfect for a couple – cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities we needed thoughtfully provided. The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to some of Istanbul’s best sights, cafés, and shops within minutes, and yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful at night – a real gem in such a lively area. Our host was responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We only wish we had stayed longer! This is definitely a place we’d love to return to on our next visit to Istanbul.

Wir haben das authentische Viertel, abseits des Istanbuler Touri-Wahns sehr genossen und uns im Haus wohlgefühlt. Merve ist supernett und wie Ozkan absolut unkompliziert.

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

We had a great stay in this building. The rooms matched the description and photos. Good utilities, enough bathrooms and bedrooms. Good kitchen with dishwasher. Good for family or friends gathering (the entrance to the house goes through a ramp so you should help 70+ people up). The area is very popular, such that tourists are taking pictures right outside the building. Restaurants, supermarket and cafes around you.

Everything went well. The location matches the description. The price is good. My vacation was perfect

Burak is the best person I ever met . He is kind and nice young man. His apartment is just amazing . We loved the view so much . Living room is very big and you will have amazing view from the big glass balcony . I stayed in the duplex apartment . It’s so big and comfortable . The swimming pool is also very clean. If you guys come here Burak didn’t tell us he is a busy man I know that but he has very big market in the lobby floor it’s a nice shop you can find everything . Prices are also very good. But the most beautiful thing is you feel at home because Burak makes you feel that . He is welcoming you like a friend . I’ll come back again ✨

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Well thank you and I’ll exactly come back again . 5 stars for apartment, 10 stars for Bur

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Ich war begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt im Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! Die Wohnung in der 36. Etage bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Istanbul – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig, das Gebäude sehr gepflegt und sicher. Perfekt für einen stilvollen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Klare Empfehlung!

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Wonderful Appartment, location, amenities - restaurant and supermarket and gym and pool facilities but what makes it really stand out are the caretakers of the Appartment making you feel right at home ! We will definitely come again !

We stayed at Mehmet’s place for 3 nights and it was very comfortable stay. Galata tower is on 1 minute walk. Though it’s a touristy place outside but we have not face any noise issue in the bed room.

We had a great stay in Rojda flat. It is a charming accomodation few minutes away from Taksim and Pera areas. Maybe the only missing item could be a dining table, but the coffee table next to the kitchen is an alternative solution. Rojda a is kind and caring host. Thank you! I strongly recommand this Airnbnb for a week-end in Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a cozy plaid blanket. It felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. Ayse was incredibly kind and helpful—honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone this nice! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She responded to all my questions almost instantly and always with such compassion. She even arranged an early check-in for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the apartment, its vibe, and of course, its amazing host. One small note: since the house is located in a residential neighborhood, parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s manageable. Highly recommend—thank you again, Ayse!

It is very identical with what you see in the pictures, Asmali Mescit is one of my favorite districts in Istanbul because of night life, this place is just in the heart of it. Savas is a kind fellow helped me to carry my luggage. I can only suggest the curtains with thicker ones as street lights came in the room. A clean, decent Airbnb for the ones who want to explore Istanbul most of their time, recommended
