Apartment holiday rentals in Ezbet Fahmy

I hesitate to write such a glowing review lest the apartment be booked if we ever need to stay here again! The apartment is excellent. We needed a pristine apartment, walkable, in Maadi Degla and this apartment was perfect. The hosts, Sherif & Mahmoud, could not be more responsive, friendly, or helpful, at any hour. We were here for an entire month and the few minor issues we had, ie internet cut one evening, they had resolved in minutes, without having to enter the apt. The apartment is in a super safe and quiet location on the corner of two streets which get no traffic at night. The only sounds we heard were an occasional cat meowing. It is also right across from the well stocked Seoudi Supermarket, has 24/7 super friendly guardians, is close to a slew of other shops, markets & restaurants, as well as a 4min walk from CAC (if walking slowly with a lazy child!) The apartment felt like home right away. We would not hesitate to stay here again and likely will.

A wonderful spot from some lovely people! The rooftop views are incredible and they even offer a free service to take up your bags since in on the top floor. It's centrally located while also being off the main road, so it's quiet and private. Definitely a recommendation as it's so hard to find that mixture in Maadi!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Zamalek! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city. The view of the Nile from the apartment is absolutely stunning. It's also close to many great restaurants and cafes, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The host was very helpful and communication was smooth and easy throughout my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommended!

What do you need most in a host? GOOD, SWIFT COMMUNICATION! Not everything was perfect (life rarely is!), but Hossam was swift to respond to any issues or concerns raised. Would stay again in the flat - thank you Hossam.

it was refreshing to retreat to Justin's place at the end of the day as Cairo is so busy and hectic. it was great to stay somewhere light, clean and spacious.

Karim has been an extremely helpful, thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment had everything we needed and more, small extras like toilet roll, towels, dish soap, laundry powder etc. Which i havent come across in any other place ive stayed. Everything was as described and Karim was thorough and an excellent host. We would look forward to staying here again. The local area has so many good food places and is an excellent location for downtown cairo and new cairo, perfectly inbetween both! Thank you so much Karim

Would highly recommend staying in Marwans appartement! It was nice to meet Marwan and his wife during the check-in, the communication went smooth as well. The apartment is in a nice and safe neighbourhood, with a view on the park and greenery. The house is fully equipped and the beds are of good quality!

Great place, felt right at home and comfortable with so much to do around. Highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future. Anytime I needed anything he responded quickly and clearly and made sure I had no issues. Great history and great home 10/10

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mona & Bassant place! The property was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for coffee shop and food places, making it super convenient to explore the area. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming and thoughtful our host was. Mona & Bassant went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and provide us with fresh towels and even arranged for a cleaning lady to come and tidy up the place during our stay, The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and communication was quick and clear throughout. I can’t recommend this spot enough – it’s the perfect home away from home! Looking forward to staying again on my next trip!

Mao and Moustafa were amazing. They were so responsive and saved me more than once when I was in a pinch. The place is spacious and the area is my favorite. Super foreigner friendly and trendy.

سلبيات الشقة 1- شوارع الحي غير معبدة ( غير مسفلته ) مما يعني دخول الغبار إلى داخل الشقة في حال ترك النوافذ أو البلكونه مفتوحة . 2- الوصول إلى الشقة من الشوارع الرئيسية ليس بالسهل لذلك كل مشوار ننتظر أوبر 15 دقيقة تقريبًا ليقلنا من الشقة . 3- انقطاعات خفيفة للكهرباء (غيرمزعجة) ايجابيات الشقة - نظيفة جدا، جديدة، اثاثها راقي، المالك م.مصطفى متعاون جدا ويجيب عن جميع الاستفسارات في كل وقت. - موقع الشقة قريب من كل المواقع السياحية باستثناء الاهرامات ومدينة زايد. - كل شي متوفر في الشقة من مناشف جديدة و شراشف و بطانيات و غيارات لمرتبة السرير وايضا منظفات للأسطح والأرضيات وصابون و شامبو و صابون غسيل الملابس (خدمة خمس نجوم) - المطبخ متوفر فيه جميع الأدوات تقريبا - ⁠الشقة في حي راقي و هادئ و قريبة جدا من المسجد - ⁠الامان عالي جدا، باب المبنى لابد من كرت لفتح الباب ثم المصعد لابد من كرت للصعود وباب الشقة الكتروني يتم فتحه عن طريق رمز للدخول - ⁠الانترنت سريع و مقبول جدا - ⁠التكييف بارد جدا وممتاز. -يوجد سجادة للصلاة في الشقة. بشكل عام أنصح بها بشدة وسأعيد استئجارها في القريب العاجل باذن ال

It was an amazing experience! The place looks exactly like the pictures, which I didn't believe at first, but when I first arrived, I was amazed at how spotless this place is. The views are superb, let me tell you I couldn't sleep at night waking up to the beautiful views of the pyramids. Hitch was really communicative and responded within minutes of any questions. Anwar was also really helpful and helped us with many things! I'd definitely visit again if I planned another trip to Giza.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt- hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr sauber, gut durchdacht. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön, immer eine leichte Brise und erstaunlich ruhig. Wir haben sie wirklich jeden Tag genutzt und uns wunderbar erholt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Besuch die Wohnung wieder mieten. Khaled hat auch stets schnell reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert.

The apartment is amazing and spacious, the location is in the heart of maadi and very accessible , the kitchen is fully equipped, there are 3 toilets, and 3 bedrooms, the interior is just on point, will definitely pay them a second visit.

quiero agrader a los anfitriones por habernos alojado, nos encanto el piso, grande, cómodo, muy bien de aires acondicionados, nosotros fuimos en verano y se esta fresco. Tienen un portero muy amable que nos ayudo a la llegada. La zona está llena de embajadas y es super segura, con muchos restaurantes y cerca de todo. Hemos tenido algún problema menor con los electrodomésticos y en seguida se ofrecieron a darnos una solución. Una atención más allá de increíble. Muchas gracias por todo

I had a wonderful stay at Amr's apartment. The space was peaceful, spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—with indoor plants that added a magical, calming touch to the atmosphere. The host was very responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the AC in one of the rooms—he did his best to assist and even sent a housekeeper daily to check on things and ensure everything was running smoothly. The neighborhood was one of the highlights: quiet and green, yet full of charm, with great shops, boutiques, and grocery stores all within walking distance. A perfect spot to unwind while staying connected to the city’s vibrant energy. Highly recommended!
