I rented this unit for a month because my daughter living in Israel got married. The apartment became and will always be heart of our experience. Our In-laws also rented a unit in the building and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us to be able to get to know each other and share meals together. The views from the balcony are majestic I have a month full of both sunrise and sunset pictures. The apartment is very spacious and functional. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook and i did a lot of cooking. Cameron the unit manager was the best, anything I reached out to him for he responded literally immediately and was just so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The building itself and the amenities are great we all made a lot of use of pool, saunas and gym. Really really nice. The area is amazing being so close to Levinski market and Florentine, my adult children thoroughly enjoyed exploring and enjoying everything around. I hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a beautiful week at Asaf's apartment. The terrace is amazing , the ideal location 2 steps from the sea , and the sober and elegant decor. Asaf is very responsive and accommodating . We'll be happy to come back.

Nice, clean and very comfortable apartment. Necessary amenities and transportation were relatively close by, except for restaurants. Inbal very responsive when needed, easy to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. He was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. The apartment itself was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to local shops and transportation, making it easy to get around. I especially appreciated David’s thoughtful touches, which made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing location in the heart of South TLV. Easy to reach all the surrounding areas on foot, lots of bars restaurants, great night life etc. The apartment was beautiful, a real pleasure to be in and unexpectedly quiet as it is tucked away. Fully equipped with everything you need, comfortable with a lovely vibe. Nofar was very responsive, and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again *****

The studio was what I hoped, and felt very cosy and homey to me. A private space away from an amazing city down the stairs. All instructions to get in were very clear. I had no questions or difficulties. During my stay, Dori also made sure to keep communication up and ask if everything was ok. He was there if I would need him. Check-in was very flexible, thank you Dori! The neighbours are very friendly and kind. Good shower, clean bathroom, good bed. Spectacular view from the roof!

Amazing Home Perfect for Family Getaways! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The charming patio, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area was ideal for our family. The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. The villa is amazing and very comfortable, we felt at home We were 4 people who came to celebrate an event at the"Mansion" in Beit Hanan - really close to there Limor welcomed us and was available for everything you need and more We received the villa clean and tidy and has everything from everything - this is their home I encourage you not to think twice and close as soon as possible The place is perfect, the energy is good, and the hosts are lovely We will definitely be back again, thank you for everything

Great host, lovely stay!

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

How to write this review without it becoming a novel of gratitude... Just book this place. I stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was truly a magical experience. Dorit's (Darya's mother) hospitality was truly unlike anything any of us have experienced on airbnb before. Super lovely and kind and sweet and caring. She was not only helpful with tips and guidance to the city but also generous. The house is her home. And she really made it feel like it was ours within a matter of minutes. Honestly, if I could give it 6/5 I would. I give this place 6 out of 5.

Our staying in Lea 's house has been very nice. Everything were absolutely perfect. In 4 days we have just spend all time in the house end enjoy any moment. Lea is absolutely perfect as an host.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Gil is a very helpful and good host! We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights and it was sufficient and suitable for that. The apartment is clean and due to the beautiful view of the Merr and the central location, we can recommend it ☺️

Location was great, we were very happy with our stay, very close to a great beach with a beach club. Great access to stores. Would happily stay again.

Sivan’s place was great

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.
