Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Welcome to our spacious and cozy house, perfect for families and friends! There is a large kitchen with space for 10 people, a living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms plus guest rooms (total of 8 beds). Two toilets, shower and bathtub provide extra convenience. Outside there is a large yard (2 ha), wooden deck with glazing and two barbecues as well as a playground. Only 100 meters to the lake with beach and 5 minutes by car to the city center. A perfect place for relaxation close to nature!

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Have a nice time with the whole family in this nice place 10 meters from the shore of Lake Storsjön! Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter half-year has ski-in location to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.

The cottage is located on our property in a nice location, a 15-minute drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed, kitchen, shower/toilet. Underfloor heating. Parking in our driveway. Suitable for a maximum of 2 people. Our returning guests point out the calm/silence and the babbling stream that flows next to the cottage, creating a soothing sound. They also mention the beautiful view of the lake and mountains and the proximity to the beach.

From the apartment, it is close to the lake and forest with nice walking paths. You can get to central Östersund best by car, it is about 10 minutes.
