With a capacity of 7 people , it has 3 bedrooms with beds made on your arrival. Sofa bed is convertible. Bathroom towels and an umbrella bed are available. Private parking.

The surrounding area offers beautiful walking or cycling tours, along the Canal de l 'Espierres. You can reach Roubaix in 15 minutes, and Lille, Tournai, Courtrai or Villeneuve d 'Ascq in 25 minutes. The accommodation is very quiet with an unobstructed view overlooking the canal.

We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find their own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to large trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristy sites. On request, breakfast: 10 euros/person.

T2 is located more exactly above our primary residence. We are located 50 meters from the Periseaux course (walks, shopping, bikes...). T2 well arranged, close to all amenities (shops, transport, supermarkets, all within 1km). Secure parking, electric gate.
