2-storey summer house with annex for rent with all necessary equipment for 1-3 families to vacation without having to bring a lot of equipment. Lots of toys both outside and inside. The house is located near the lake with a short walk to the beach (500 m) and Marina (300 m). Unfortunately, the house does not have a lake view. At the marina you will find a bakery, restaurant Havhesten and ice cream kiosk. Close to the house is also Gamle Ormelet which has exhibitions and concerts. Bus 02 to Tønsberg/Horten and Hvasser stops right outside the house.

From the house you have walking distance to several different activities such as the cozy Teieskogen and Kaldnes city beach. In the city center you will find a large selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. There is also walking distance to nice hiking areas, saunas located in the Oslofjord as well as several playgrounds. Basement is currently under renovation but there is access to toilet and laundry room with shower.

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Walking distance to playgrounds, ball court, and alpine slope in winter. Approx. 12 km to Tønsberg.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun by the lake. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large outdoor area invites you and your family to play and have fun. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing gear and water skis). Boat berth is nearby. 2 electric mountain bikes can also be rented. The interior is of an older vintage, but clean, nice and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

Relax with the whole family at this cabin in Tjøme! Nice and cozy cottage on Hulebak in an established cottage area a few minutes from the lake. Two bedrooms, large terrace with barbecue, large pull-out table with chairs. Large parasol and sunbed. Refurbished in 2016. Boat included, 14 ft GH14 with 15 hp Honda outboard motor that can be used for island trips and discovery trips around the amazing Tjøme archipelago. The island is great for activities such as hiking and cycling, with trails crisscrossing.

Seaside charm and comfort

Welcome to this charming and comfortable house, situated in a large sunny garden. There are several big terrasses/zones, all furnished and ready for you, and lots of green grass to play on. The beach is only 10-15 minutes walk away. You may park your car in the garden (but there are unfortunately no possibilities to charge your electric car at the house). From the top of the rocks behind the house, you´ll have a panoramic view over the ocean Oslofjord, Færder fyr, Verdens Ende and the area.
