Exactly what we expended based on the listing. Friendly and responsive host. Great walkable location. One thing to note is that it is on a busy intersection, so there are some traffic noises overnight. This didn’t bother me, but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper (although I don’t know how you could get away from this in the city!).

Great, clean place right in the middle of everything you could possibly want to do in Old Town, and so close to DC for all the big things to see! Clean, pretty home, comfy beds, and a nice gathering space for family to decompress in the evening. We had a great weekend!

Host Joanne was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. The view from the balcony was a beautiful surprise. If staying in Alexandria or the D.C. area, this location is perfect. The apartment was super clean and organized. My wife and I had a great stay and would highly recommend this host to all. DS

The appartment was well stocked and had everything we needed, it was like staying at a friend's house. The location was perfect, trader joe's downstairs and lots of good resturants. 5 minute walk to the metro for a quick ride to DC, always felt safe.

Would definitely stay here again! There is a 24/7 concierge and hot chocolate bar (seasonal) upon walk in to the lobby. The decor and ambiance are elegant, and the room matched the theme. The suite was massive, well furnished, and better than advertised. It was comfortable and clean. It’s also very conveniently located next to the King St metro stop. I had an exceptional experience at this location, and highly recommend this host.

Our stay at Sonia's was just perfect! The basement was spacious, and lovely! The kitchen area had all we needed, and the rock creek walking path was very close. It was a perfect choice for our month stay helping my daughter with a new baby. I highly recommend it!

Super convenient metro location across the street with a direct line to downtown DC. Safe neighborhood. Nice, easy walk thru Old Town to the Potomac. Exceptionally clean suite. Great communication from owner. Will stay here again.

Good apartment. Comfortable, clean. "3 beds" includes a couch. We were 1 adult and 2 teenagers. Teens slept in bedrooms, adult on couch, all good although there were no sheets for "bed 3" (the couch), just a blanket we found in a closet. Neighbors are very active; someone seemed to be moving furniture all day upstairs until about 10pm but then quiet all night. Apartment is well equipped with towels, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Super clean. Location was perfect for my family's needs around S. Alexandria/Hybla Valley area. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy driving distance. Great AirBnB experience overall, would love to be able to return. :)

Nice and spacious place. They were nice to accept our request and let us have 3:30 hours late check out.

Damon was responsive, his place was in a great location for Tourist area in DC. Metro we used was Pentagon City. Found some great restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Very charming little place! Walkable for many local bites to eat. Lots of e-bikes and e-scooters nearby to rent for a further commute. Parking was the hardest obstacle, but I think that’s expected in this area.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Great location walking distance to National Cathedral grounds and across the street to coffee shops, restaurant and a super market which was a big plus for us! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and even had an office nook that came in handy for me. Dishwasher, washer/dryer and plenty of linens made it a comfortable stay. I do want to note that the backdoor to the guest room leads straight into an alley with an always-on light. Recommend bringing an eye mask as it does get bright in there. No issues with sound though!

Great place to stay with my dog and cat. I appreciate that the host checked to make sure we were warm enough. Instructions were very clear and it was very easy to get inside. The off-street parking was a plus.

The place is pristine, set up well, and is great if you’re visiting DC. After a whole day of going around in DC, we loved coming back to this place and just cozy up and rest. Highly recommend.

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Nadia was fantastic to work with as we were dealing with a stressful situation that required a quick exit from our home. She made every effort to get us in early even with a same-day guest departure. The apartment is absolutely perfectly stocked! So many thoughtful items made our stay very comfortable and easy. I wish we’re could have stayed longer to enjoy it all! The pond and geese/ducks outside the master bedroom were lovely (and made good sleeping white noise). Highly recommend if you’re in need of a convenient place in the area!

We enjoyed a comfortable 7 night stay with our daughter, son-in law and 2 years old granddaughter who traveled from Oslo, Norway. Oleg is very kind and responsive, the best host we have ever encountered. After we requested some bedding for crib, he ordered them right away and sent us a nice little blanket and a small pillow for our granddaughter in the next morning! He even let us to keep the bedding! The apartment is clean and neat and has all the conveniences needed. It is in a great location, convenient walk to metro, above WholeFoods and other nice restaurants/Starbucks and CVS. We highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.
