Our stay at Mary’s place in Alexandria was excellent! It was just a couple blocks away from both the Amtrak station and the metro, both of which we used for transportation. It is also extremely close to King St, which is booming with shops and restaurants. We walked all the way down to the waterfront and then took the free trolley back up because it was raining. it was a great night! The neighborhood she lives in is very peaceful and the space is cozy with everything you need to stay. Check in/out was super easy and Mary was even kind enough to offer us early check-in and late check-out since there were no other guests coming in. This was a great find, perfect for checking out the area or taking the metro into DC! Would recommend this space to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and attentive, even reaching out during our visit to ensure we were all set. It's also in a great spot—just a 15-minute walk to King Street, which made exploring the area easy and fun. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood to get a break from the commotions that often come with larger cities. There are close by options for shopping as well as a metro train station which is very easy to navigate. Stacey was responsive and helpful when we had questions about the area. The deer in the area are no joke! I sat on the couch one morning watching a doe out the window no more a few feet away eat and lay down for a rest.

The place was amazing, me and my girlfriend stayed for a week and loved every moment of it. The place was quiet and felt like our own apartment throughout the entire stay. The drive to dc was longer than expected (30-40 minutes) but that comes with city traffic of course. Over all an amazing stay and would 100% recommend if you are ok with paying for parking in dc.

Terrific, clean, comfortable apartment for a short weekend stay. Melissa couldn't have been more accommodating and communcative, and I could tell she takes great pride both in keeping the unit pristine and making her guests feel welcomed and at home.

Wonderful stay! Grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood, great parking! Can’t beat the location for the price. I will definitely be back next time we are in town. Thank you!

Michael was a kind and courteous host. He greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know, and we had a pleasant chat. The premises were perfect for the two of us, in a GREAT location near Wisconsin Ave but tucked away in a quiet residential area of Georgetown. All in all we couldn’t have had a better place for our short stay.

Extremely clean, very comfortable bed.Suchita was very responsive and helpful and even allowed me to use her own parking space. The neighborhood is really cute and very walkable.

Victor’s place was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had no issues during my stay and Victor was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Emily and Stephen were great hosts. We were visiting for a friend's wedding, and needed a base station. The space was clean, comfortable and well-designed. We forgot a few things at home—as guests go, you might say we were on the needier side—and Emily and Stephen came through in a big way. A comfortable and peaceful little place. It was just what we needed for our stay.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay while in DC for Warped Tour. It was the perfect location, being near some local friends. We also felt very safe walking in the neighborhood to the metro and to local restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Eyana was very responsive with my questions regarding the parking pass that was provided and also very nice and accommodating when we had a last minute emergency before check out. We would definitely stay again if we come back to town!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. Severe thunderstorms came through and took out the power while we were at a get-together in DC. Alexis let us know right away, provided candles, and offered to refund nights if we went to a hotel. We stayed there because the basement remained cool. Bedroom was nice and dark, and we slept well on the bed. All of the listed amenities were there and in good working order. Alexis was flexible and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was quiet, quaint, and perfect for four girls. We appreciated the flexible check-in & check-out process. The location was great, walkable restaraunts/bars for late night drinks/eats after a busy day at warped tour. 10/10 would recommend!

We were in town for a Georgetown graduation, and this lovely apartment was the perfect home base for the weekend. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Great hosts with great communication! Feels like a home away from home - has everything you need! GREAT LOCATION!!! Really peaceful surroundings but very walkable to everything you could want / need! I would definitely hope to stay here again on my next visit to Bethesda (or greater DC/VA/MD area)!

We visited Alexandria for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. We chose Wayne and Laura’s place because of its location and we were not disappointed. Their home is charming and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. It was close enough to walk to King Street if we wanted to. Parking in front of the home was perfect! Proximity to DC was great too! Communication with hosts was excellent. This was a great place to stay and am looking forward to returning. Thanks Wayne and Laura for such a lovely place and making us feel at home 🙂.
