Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! When I got into this airbnb, I was surprised because the vibes are very chill and cozy. It is very relaxing and very clean! The view from the balcony at night is picturesque. Her sister and niece is very accommodating and nice. Definitely I will recommend this Airbnb to my friends as well😊❤️

Booked this place for a staycation and the place had all the amenities as listed! Located in a very convienent place with a convenience store, food shops, and coffee shop right across the street and SM North Edsa close by. I loved the feel of the place, the shower, the decor. I would definitely book again!

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

the host provided complete amenities and the unit itself was clean and smells fresh. it was thoughtfully designed. i like the layout of this 2br unit, everything works well together. we really enjoyed our new year’s staycation at this place. will surely recommend this unit. parking is available at sm novaliches for 300 php per night.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Had a great stay with their unit and it felt private and at the same time i had plenty of option for dining as it is near the mall and a big plus that there is a grocery store right in front of the reception/lobby area. And a big plus for me is the gym access as i love to do some walking/running.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

We were lucky to find a place at such short notice and for the length of time we needed. Had a wonderful stay and no complaints. Our host was very polite and accommodating to all our questions to help us settle in. We would love to come back again.

Pagkapasok ko palang sa unit, I already told myself,, "ayy babalik ako dito.". Grabe sobrang maaliwalas. Nice view. Complete lahat, kahit 1st aid kit provided. Wala ka na hahanapin. Hot and cold shower. Highly recommended.
