Holiday rentals with a patio in Fairview Shores

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

This location, condo, and amenities were great. Glorious was a wonderful host. I would recommend and would rent again!

My fiance and I stayed at Ahladins apartment for two nights and had a great experience, host was super kind and checked in on us multiple times with welcome snacks and water. Apartment was surprisingly larger than we thought it would be and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend this stay

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

This was my first ever stay in an airbnb and Zeus Royalty made it hard to top! The home is kept clean, the bed is cozy, and the area is filled with convince. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. I never felt worried about being in someone else’s space. Truly a home away from home. I will definitely be back to enjoy another stay!

Amazing place to stay definitely would book again , spotless house , extremely responsive hosts. Only came for a day or two but still had a lot of fun in the area. 10\10 would recommend anytime again.

Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

Luis’ place was clean and spacious for us. It’s in a good location in Orlando.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kara’s Airbnb! The location is unbeatable — you can literally walk to everything: great restaurants, Publix, a liquor store, coffee shops, and more, all just steps away. And even with all that nearby, the place still feels private, quiet, and safe. It’s the perfect spot for a couple or small family looking for a comfortable home base in one of the coolest neighborhoods around. Kara was an amazing host — super friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting College Park. We’ll definitely be back!

This stay was perfect for my family to gather for a family trip, we had a great time starting off the summer with private pool without having a crowds. We had a lot of room to just hang out but close enough to the travel to the Disney and Universal parks. Very lovely property.

From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
