House holiday rentals in Falls Church

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

10 of us enjoyed ourselves together and yet each party had their private spaces for quiet time. Excellent and pretty well equipped kitchen and the bathrooms were every one perfectly appointed. 2 stall garage and room for three cars outside. The Hosts were outstanding!

Oak Haven was PERFECT! For those who are searching for a home near the W & OD Trail - this is the place. It was ideal for us two couples biking the trails throughout the Capital. We looked forward to coming "home" each day and sitting outside on the porch and chilling out. Also know it is a lovely walk to Falls Church downtown. Thank you for sharing your home, Claire!

Juniper Place was a more than lovely stay for our 2 families. The home was pristine, beds were amazingly comfortable, kitchen, dining area nicely accommodated. The backyard with fireplace was an added bonus that we enjoyed several evenings during our stay, basement with additional living space and gaming for teens was also great! Kitchen snacks, drinks and amenities was a wonderful touch! Great property and great host, highly recommended!! Job well done Jack :-}

Jamie went out of her way to make us feel special. The place is on a quiet street and walkable to so many things. We will recommend to all our friends.

This was a short-notice trip, so our options were limited. We were fortunate that Diana & Vivek's place was available. It was more expensive than we're used to, but it was well worth it! There was great communication before and during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean. What really made it stand out was all kitchen stuff: spices, tools, snacks, drinks. I ended up needing to bake cupcakes & everything I needed was there except the mix, eggs, and frosting! The neighborhood was quiet - just what we needed. The backyard was big & beautiful, too. We'll happily stay there again if it's available when we travel to the D.C. in the future.

The rooms were very large. The living area was very comfortable and well set up with furniture and large TV. The kitchen was huge and it was large enough so one person could be watching TV and the other could be sleeping in the bedroom with no noise. Since the location in the basement, we can hear the pipes with water running through. Could hear some sounds above, but not too much. The shower is a bit small and located in a closet, the kitchen has a hot plate which was helpful. The location was close to a bus route to a metro station on weekdays, however, it was a bit of a walk to restaurants and stores since I had no car when my wife took the car to work. Over all it was a great place to stay and the host was very helpful.

Eric was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Shafia’s place! We enjoyed the area and rode the Metro from the Franconia Springfield station into DC. This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for us. (Girls’ Trip!) We visited AmThai close by, Mount Vernon, Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant, The Library of Congress (tickets in advance), Zaytinya (reservations), the National Portrait Gallery, Virtue Feed & Grain (reservations), Old Town Alexandria, Old Town Books, the Swiss Bakery nearby, Barca (reservations), and Tous Les Jours Bakery & Cafe. We brought a small group of high schoolers to visit DC as a way to reinforce some of our studies from the year. We had 3 adults and 5 teenagers. This house was the perfect set up for this trip. We put the boys downstairs with an adult and the girls upstairs with adults. Each floor is set up as a full apartment, so we had no issues with feeling cramped. Each floor also had a common area/living room space where we could gather for talks, activities, meals, and hang outs. We were all very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the space and would definitely recommend it for small groups or families.

Beautiful loft/studio style house. The door is inside an enclosed back yard which is nice and private. Easy to park directly in front of the house. Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. 7 minutes from DC and Arlington Cemetery. Getting there and checking in was easy, no issues. Home is very clean and beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend!

Demssis's place was perfect for our weekend DC trip. The space was very clean, neat, tastefully decorated & exactly as the pictures & amenities described. Getting in was super easy & there is a metro station 15-20mins away, making it perfect to go explore other places but come back to a more quiet & relaxed area. We would definitely return if we were to visit the DMV area again!

We were in town to celebrate my nephews high school graduation. It was a perfect location and we had a wonderful time!

My friends and I booked a night here while attending a concert in the area. Dimitry was very accommodating and the instructions given for checking in and checking out were very clear and easy to understand. Upon entering, the airbnb was very tidy and smelled clean and fresh. Just a heads up: they do have a dog (barks but ultimately uninterested in guests, we had no issues), and you will be able to hear movement from upstairs if the family is home. Also, there is no way to control the thermostat from the Airbnb. These weren’t an issue for us but just wanted to mention it in case it is useful for anyone else. We were highly satisfied with our stay, and we would definitely recommend staying here.
