The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Live comfortably in touch with nature in this scenic and secluded lake house only a 12 min drive from the city of Bergen. Beautiful areas for swimming and fishing on the property and access to several hiking trails. SUP boards, trampoline, inflatable boat for kids and fishing rod. A huge private garden where you can pick fruit (apples, pears, plums) and with an abundance of blueberries in season (Jul-Sep). Only 200 meter to grocery store and bus stop. Parking for two cars and EV charger.

Welcome to Feste, a cosy, traditional Norwegian home from the 1800s, located on the beautiful west coast of Norway! The property is located on our farm, where we got cute goats, ducks and have free roaming hens and quails who lay eggs every day. Our neighbour's sheep may come for a visit, and we are right on one of Norway's fjords, Lurefjorden, - all in all this is a perfect place to get away from it all and reconnect with nature. Cabin, perfect for one (or two) families. 2 bedrooms (150 cm size of the beds) inside the main cabin. You can also rent the annex, with 2 extra beds, but this we need to know before you come to the cabin. Well equipped kitchen, cosy living room and table for 8 persons. (You can also use this table as work table). This place will give you a good time for relaxing, fishing and hiking. Our guests really appreciate the quiet surroundings and the view from the cabin.

Exclusive cabin w/ boathouse, pier and boat rent.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.
