Kitchen: well-equipped. Spices and oil included. Bedroom: 150cm bed. Bed linen included. Bathrooms: towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner included. Access to hair dryer and washing machine. Other: party/ smoke not allowed.

Modern loft apartment by the Hardangerfjord, only 4 km from Rosendal. The apartment has three bedrooms. We offer cribs and kids chairs for the least. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a brand new washing machine and there are heating in the floor. The bathroom is on the 1st floor, the other rooms are on the 2. floor. In the living room there is a small fireplace that is cozy to fire in on slightly colder days. The apartment is located on the floor above an animal clinic, there may be sounds from the clinic.

Public park, cafes and grocery stores just outside the door. 4 minutes to the nearest light rail stop, 10 minutes from the city center by light rail. Shared half bathroom/toilet in progress. Mostly not used by others. No shower, fridge, dishwasher or washing machine. Close to Løvstakken and Ulriken. The studio has a microwave and sink in the room. Have you finished your book? We operate with flexible check in/check out, but we all work during daytime on weekdays, thus check-in after 15.30 p.m is preferrable. Earlier check-in could be possible when agreed upon in advance.
