Hintergraseck at 1000m above the Partnachklamm and located in the middle of the mountains with magnificent nature. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderfully suitable for tours and relaxation. Perfect for couples looking for peace, mountaineering adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking is 2,8km away. The luggage is transported. The walk takes about 1 hour. Parts of the route can be overcome by cable car. Free running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

To live in a European Way you find here a comfortable and quiet appartement in a courtyard located in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. 3 minutes walking distance to Marienplatz with pedestrian precinct and all kind of shops. Main busstopp only 100 m. Parking is available (garage on request with fee); Hausberg area within 900 m for skiing and hiking, tennis courts and more sport facilities. Train station within 900 m.

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Our apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the village of Burgrain directly on the golf course and is characterized by its quiet location and a fantastic view of the Alps. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and has a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 2 people. You can linger on the spacious terrace and also barbecue in the summer.
