The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. I just returned from an incredible stay at the stunning chalet Alp11 in heart of Garmisch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and stylish design. Everything felt fresh, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location was absolutely ideal. Being right in the downtown area meant we were just a short, pleasant walk away from everything! We easily explored the charming shops, enjoyed meals at local restaurants, and even hopped on the train at the nearby station for day trips. It truly couldn't have been more convenient. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the beauty of Bavaria, look no further. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we can't wait to return! We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Stefanie was a wonderful host! The area was beautiful. Our family of 5 did great here. Beautiful home and large main bathroom. Our daughter uses a wheel chair and everything worked out great. Would stay here again. Close to everything. We had a car and was able to go into Munich and also drive to various castles and Salzburg. She’s a perfect host!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Was a very pleasant stay with Katja. She gave us good tips for excursions. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable with the stove in the house. The location is very quiet and you don't have long travel times for excursions.

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

We were already thrilled at the entrance to the village and at the first glance at the beautiful panorama & remained so until the end! The mountains and the lake are simply magnificent and beautiful here. The apartment has a great kitchen and a great bathroom, everything as described! The balcony also offers plenty of space, but there is sometimes a lot of traffic on the street, which can make it a bit louder. The associated terrace with garden offers plenty of space and we have always found a sunny or shady spot. It was a pity for us that a high chair was listed in the equipment features, which unfortunately was not available. But Antje immediately offered that we could get one at her expense. We didn't want to take the time for this, but it was still a nice gesture. Communication with Antje was always very straightforward, friendly and reliable :) A great vacation!!

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We had a great week with Katharina and her family! The accommodation was just as beautiful as in the photos – quietly located, with a wonderful garden to relax in. We especially liked the pool and the sauna, which was a highlight for my daughter. The many animals on the property were also great. Overall, a very relaxed and restful time - thank you!

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price - very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden was allowed to be used completely, including toys for the little ones - a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the furnishings. The bathing pond is surprisingly well chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, perfect for hiking experiences. Martin was always easy to reach. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back. Thank you so much for this great experience.

We liked it very much with Julia & her family. Fritzi & Cookie immediately understood each other & played a lot. Flexible check-in option, you could always ring Julia's doorbell or write to her in case of problems. The apartment was in a perfect location for us, only 15-20 minutes from the Eibsee. Since we had great weather, we were actually only sleeping in the accommodation, would definitely like to come again. Many thanks to Julia & her family for the beautiful time

I was with my sister and my mom for four nights in the apartment and we were all thrilled! The kitchen was very well equipped and there was nothing missing. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Communication with Waltraud was friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. Highly recommend.

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real temporary home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly care of the hostess and the loving details for the welcome or in the furnishings. A great place to stay in the middle of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with great mountain views. The place was super clean, upscale, and good communication with the hosts. Two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on two floors. The apartment is in a quiet corner with its own parking space in the underground car park. Great stay - every time again!
