Lovely, comfortable stay with thoughtful decor and hospitality. Close enough to Portland and outdoor adventures while feeling quiet, peaceful and away from it all.

It was a perfect space for us and right in town is what we wanted to be able to walk to shops and mainly restaurants. The place was clean and had what we needed, we did not plan on cooking. We met Valerie and she was very nice and asked if we needed anything.

This Airbnb was exactly as listed. Everything is updated, very clean, and comfortable. Jordana was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

Clean & well kept! We stayed two nights with our toddler and loved that there was a gate, high chair and even toys for him. It made our travel even smoother.

I cannot say enough about Nancy, the unit I stayed in, or her hospitality! This apartment was perfect and cozy for my visit, with lots of personal touches and extras - if you need it, she’s already thought of it and has it ready for you. She was also very accommodating when my flight was cancelled and I had to shift my days around a bit. The personal touches were perfect - I had farm fresh eggs for breakfast and some delicious muffins too. A wonderful stay, thank you! I will most definitely be back! ❤️

Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Margaret's home was very relaxing and comfortable. Pristine bathroom, kitchen and bedding. The lake view was so much more than we anticipated. It was serene, peaceful, and breathtaking. This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb‘s. I have ever stayed at. The location is stunning. A river runs right behind the house and you can listen to it as you fall asleep. The sun comes in the afternoon and lights up everything. Tami is a great host Who will make everything right. The house is stocked better than pretty much any house I’ve ever rented. Highly recommend this home. It is a treasure.

Jon’s cabin is a beautiful place to get away from it all. Very comfortable and well designed. We had everything we needed to cook and hole up for a few days. If you decide to drive to the lake, I would recommend 4WD. We had a truck but were not aware of how soft the ground was and ended up needing to be towed out. Still highly recommend! Enjoy your stay!

It was such a pleasure staying here. The moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. We enjoyed the well-equiped kitchen, the beautiful views from the comfortable living room, and breakfast with the Blue Jays, Cardinals, and Chickadees attracted by a well-placed bird feeder. Everything about this place was simply lovely, and Bev's hospitality made it even better. We're already thinking about the next time we can make a trip up to stay here, and you should to!

Beautiful place to stay nearby a picturesque river and close to skiing. Michael is a communicative and accommodating host. Kingfield is a charming town. We appreciated that they had cable as well – rare for an AirBNB.

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

Good location, easy access to the hill by either driving or shuttle. The condo was fine for our group of four. Kitchen had everything to cook for that many. Very comfortable. thanks

Great place to stay so close to Sunday river! Wonderful to be within close driving distance of the mountain. Comfortably slept 4 people for a weekend. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here for a ski trip or whatever else.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at Diane's. Not far from the Oakland Overlook, great view for while you're there. Would highly recommend.

This was an excellent condo for us before and after the Sugarloaf road race. It was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were attentive and proactive with information. We would absolutely stay here again!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.
