Welcome to our newly updated rental. Property is currently being updated with new floors, new kitchen counter tops, new backsplash and new paint on the inside. On the outside the pool was just refinished with a new liner and pump, hot tub has been updated and runs perfectly. We are currently putting in a golf putting green in the back and also will offer RV parking as well as a full game room in the garage. This house has everything for an unforgettable stay. 3 bedrooms but 9 beds.

Remodeled and tastefully decorated 3 bed 2 bath home. King room, queen room, bunk room. Gorgeous deck to enjoy the amazing city and bluff views. Centrally located. Workspace if needed. Cozy and ready for your group! Please note that pool will have a safety cover on it during the winter months. In the summer, when it is open, it has a solar cover only. There are safety gates on both entrances from the deck and a lock on the gate to the yard.

Home away from home + pool

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Within walking distance to movie theatre, restaurants, aquatic center, trampoline park, as well as Rickett's park. Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).
