From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. The house sits right on the edge of a tranquil lake, with crystal-clear water and lush greenery all around. The home itself is thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Large windows throughout the house bring in tons of natural light and frame the lake beautifully, making every moment inside feel connected to nature. The interiors are warm, inviting, and perfectly balanced between rustic charm and modern comfort. Ettienne was super responsive, welcoming, and clearly passionate about sharing this little slice of paradise. Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy linens, was carefully considered to make our stay super comfortable. Thanks

We can’t wait to come back here! We’ve just returned from 4 nights staying in easily the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever booked; the photos don’t do this place justice. We’d initially planned to spend most of our time exploring the ring of Kerry but changed our plans to spend as much time at the house instead. The kayaks, sauna and use of the lake made for a really enjoyable weekend of family fun. Lorraine and Claire were fantastic hosts! We will be recommending this place to everyone!

I can’t thank Kathleen enough for our stay! Before we even arrived in Ireland she was messaging me and being so helpful. She let us drop our bags after we landed on an early flight which meant we could start our holiday straight away. She had lots of recommendations and always very responsive to anything we asked. The place exceeded our expectations, it was so spacious with a lovely open fire which made for lovely cosy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and we even got to use the washing machine and dryer which was so helpful. The surrounding areas are beautiful and there is a shop which is a 4 minute car ride and also not far from Killorglin. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great time at Norma's place - Alfie's cottage. We traveled with our 9 month old daughter and Norma managed to find us a baby bed. This cute tiny house has everything needed and it's a great location if you intend to drive around the ring of Kerry. 2 hours away from Shannon Airport, few minutes away from Killorglin. Norma's been very helpful and caring.
