Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. The Studio
The studio is a bright, airy self contained space with a mezzanine platform that provides the sleeping area, which is accessed via a ladder. There is an outside area for storage, drying wetsuits or simply chilling in the sun with a cold beer or cuppa tea. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre where you'll find an amazing choice of funky shops, exciting fresh food restaurants, long coastal walks, Art galleries and of course...our world renowned beaches and surf breaks!!

You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beaches, restaurants and bars whilst keeping out of the main hustle and bustle of St ives.

Our modern apartment is located above Porthminster Beach and has large windows with panoramic views over the beach and St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse. It has a Bedroom with superking or twin beds, contemporary bathroom, lounge-diner with double sofa-bed and fitted kitchen. It also has the benefit of a parking space beneath the building. Please note there is a height restriction of 6'7" and width 8" for the entrance to the garage.

'The Rest' is a light and airy cottage apartment, situated on the brow of a hill with views towards Porthminster Beach. We have recently renovated the kitchen and shower room and redecorated throughout and it is comfortably furnished for two people. It is located one minute's walk from the harbour front and town centre, and a three minute's stroll to the surfing beach of Porthmeor.
