Thank you for looking at Windy Pines Suite. This spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite has a large kitchen/living room; and is perfect for travelers. It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Newly Remodeled Home with Walk-In Shower

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 4. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.

Conveniently located near the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This recently updated 1 bedroom mother-in-law suite sleeps up to 4 people. Please keep in mind there is only one bedroom and one bathroom, however includes off street parking, private entrance, kitchen, laundry, and oversized leather sectional. 5 guests are allowed, but you will be very comfortable with 2. This Des Moines suite is a 10 minute drive to downtown and 15 minute walk to the Iowa State Fairgrounds.

Located just steps away from the Iowa State Fairgrounds, this cozy bungalow will make you feel right at home. Whether you're here for one of the many events at the Fairgrounds or just visiting Des Moines, this house has just what you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The house is located on a 4-lane, main city street so please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. However, majority of guests don't notice any noise disturbances.
