Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

You have 6 activity wristbands available that give free access to the water park, etc. It is a 5-minute walk to the reception and to Søhøjlandet's golf club. You have 15 minutes by car to Silkeborg and the bathing lakes - for example. Almindsø. 30 minutes to Himmelbjerget, where you can also sail with the hjejlen. 35 minutes to Aarhus. On your way to the garden house, you have to go through our lovely garden, you can walk around our pond, enjoy all our beautiful flowers and plants, we won the garden company's garden prize 2024 The house is decorated with wood on the walls, small bathroom with shower, kitchen and direct access to the orangery where you are welcome to sit and enjoy or eat. The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you wish and come here. Wine and tapas can be purchased

Aarhus with balcony, view and plenty of light

Nice apartment with large bright living room, balcony, hallway, bedroom with continental bed 160x200, duvets in length 220, bathroom and kitchen. Close to forest (about 300 m) beach (about 3 km) and town (town center about 5 km from the apartment). Quiet property with nice neighbors. Child-friendly area with forest right next door and many playgrounds. Free parking in front of the block. The car can be seen from the apartment. There's a key box. Towels and bed linen freshly washed in allergy-friendly detergent.

Villa in Risskov - close to downtown

Enjoy the simple city life in this peaceful and centrally located home in Risskov. Only 5 km from the center of Aarhus and to the beach at Bellevue/Risskov. Buses 1a and 18 go right outside the door and it's easy to get to the city. Parking is free at the property and two cars may be parked on the property, the rest is street parking at your own risk. The area is quiet and peaceful and inhabited by all generations, so neighbors are also expected to be taken into account during their stay.

Hyggelig 1. salslejlighed på vores gård, beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Boligen ligger centralt i Østjylland, 18 km fra Århus C og 9 km fra tilkørslen til motorvej E45. Til lejligheden hører en syd/østvendt terrasse, hvor der er mulighed for at tænde op i bålet. Der er plads til fire gæster. Vi har en sød, børnevenlig og rolig hund, og en grå kat, som går frit på ejendommen. Hunden og katten må ikke være i lejligheden.
