Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

The apartment is furnished at one end of our country house. As our washing machine is in the apartment, we will use it by agreement with you.

On your way to the garden house, you have to go through our lovely garden, you can walk around our pond, enjoy all our beautiful flowers and plants, we won the garden company's garden prize 2024 The house is decorated with wood on the walls, small bathroom with shower, kitchen and direct access to the orangery where you are welcome to sit and enjoy or eat. The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you wish and come here. Wine and tapas can be purchased

Aarhus with balcony, view and plenty of light

Nice apartment with large bright living room, balcony, hallway, bedroom with continental bed 160x200, duvets in length 220, bathroom and kitchen. Close to forest (about 300 m) beach (about 3 km) and town (town center about 5 km from the apartment). Quiet property with nice neighbors. Child-friendly area with forest right next door and many playgrounds. Free parking in front of the block. The car can be seen from the apartment. There's a key box. Towels and bed linen freshly washed in allergy-friendly detergent.

Countryside vacation apartment

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is only 200m from the rail to Aarhus C (10 min). Buses are also nearby and the popular Bellevue Beach is just 2.5 km away. Rental bikes are close by.

25 minutes from the center of Aarhus, this apartment is located on a disused farm. In it, you will be close to the city, the beach, Djurs Sommerland and many other sights here in Central Jutland. When you drive into the courtyard, you will see the cozy courtyard and the orangery with a wood-burning stove, which you can enjoy and the children can play in the large garden. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with a nice sofa bed and a small kitchen and a nice bathroom with toilet!

There is a fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with 6 beds in total. The home is located in hilly terrain suitable for bike rides. The Rondevanborum bike race passes by the house every spring.
