John and Becky were wonderful hosts! The place was perfect - probably one of the most comfortable beds we've stayed in from an AirBnb host! Would definitely come back for another stay if I'm back in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!

Courtney's place in Seaford, DE was perfect for what my family needed for our stay. It was a short distance from the places we needed to go, as well as to the main road for shops & restaurants. Having never experienced an Airbnb previously, my family is now sold on it as a future option due to how lovely Courtney's place is. We all felt right at home while away from home, and we continued to comment on how much we were enjoying ourselves throughout the stay. Traveling with a child, it was great having a place for him to run around & play in instead of being cooped up in separate hotel rooms. We also loved having the kitchen & living room, which we utilized fully spending time together. It's a wonderful family option in a quiet neighborhood - even the train passing by on occasion added to the overall relaxing experience. We would certainly stay at Courtney's place again. We thank her & Josh both for their hospitality.

A Home Away From Home...not the usual airbnb. Teresa makes sure you know your stay matters, instantly becoming a guest in her beautifully comfortable home, not just a room renter. Appreciating the natural beauty and wildlife of the property made my stay so tranquil, especially in the early mornings on the luscious hassock watching the bluebirds in their home, and the cardinals, robins, squirrels, rabbits, ducks, and geese...moonrise in the evening... And my kitchen and desk should be so well equipped with such quality items! (no leftover junk items)... and the most comfortable huge bed and quality sheets that made me feel so luxurious... AGAIN ...not like an old airbnb afterthought of a room...like going home to Mom's house for a holiday... Thank you Teresa for all you do... but mostly for being the beautiful woman you are, inside and out...that's the reason to come. I wish you a life that truly makes you happy... we Travelers are so blessed to find you there in our life.
