The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet and central location. The Waiblingen S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can be in Stuttgart in 17 minutes. Waiblingen is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful Rems Valley.

Take a creative break in this minimalist studio apartment. More creative space than apartment, but with large sofa bed! The room is also ideal for small workshops, coaching and much more. Parking is just in front of the house. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, large dining or work table, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and a futon sofa bed that turns into a 1.40-wide sunbathing area in a few seconds (bedding and towels are provided).
