We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.
