Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Large terrace with 6 comfortable chairs for dining group with large parasol and lounge furniture placed in sun/shade. Flat, large lawn and playhouse for the children.

Here, there are all the possibilities to have an active vacation or just relax and enjoy the tranquility. It is 4 km to Torsby town and only 5 minutes' drive to Torsby Ski Tunnel and Sports Center. Directly outside the cottage, there are opportunities for biking, hiking or running. For those interested in golf, it is 4 km to Torsby's golf course. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

Några nöjen som ligger i närheten är: •Hovfjället med skidanläggning och snöskoter. •Torsby skidtunnel med längdskidåkning året om. •Mormors Glasscafé med otroligt goda glassar! •Fiska i Sjön Fryken eller andra närliggande sjöar. •Vacker svensk natur runtomkring, vandring, Tossebergsklätten.

Bo i ett mysigt tentipitält omgivet av skog och sjön Fryken. Inuti finns dubbelsäng och soffa. Utanför tältet finns en vedugn där du kan laga mat under bar himmel samt en enkel matplats. Du har även egen tillgång till en timmerstuga som ligger alldeles intill med kokplattor, kylskåp och matplats & kaffe. Ett utedass ligger en kort promenad in i skogen. Parkering ligger cirka 150 m från platsen med en backe ner. Endast 15 min från Sunne centrum ligger detta smultronställe.
