30 m2 non-smoking semi-basement studio completely refurbished in private house. You have a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, spacious walk-in shower and equipped kitchen. Outside access to the garden with swimming pool, barbecue (in summer season of course) free private parking + garage for motorcycles, located in a haven of peace 15 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Switzerland and 30 minutes from the first ski slopes. We accept animals as long as they are docile and educated.

Residence with tennis and heated open pool (July-August) and games room with ping pong table. During the Christmas, February and summer holidays, I only rent by the week.
