A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon our arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a true haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of the unique magic that only the medina of Fez can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and the soul of Abdelali is present at every moment. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the medina of Fez, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent joyful and relaxing moments there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

Dominique’s riad is even better than the pictures. Lovely, clean and has a mind-blowing view of the medina. We loved it!

It was a very nice stay in Fes and in the host's house. The roof terrace and the view over Fes alone were priceless. Just a tiny criticism: only in a bedroom, the air conditioning works as it should. But it is still pleasant despite the heat in August.

Simo is very friendly guy. Always ready to help. Easy going with wonderful sense of humour. I was very lucky to meet also his father and mother. His father showed me his previous house and took me for shopping to Medina. If you like interaction with people Simo’s house is perfect for you. Thank you Simo for hosting me. God bless you. I had a wonderful stay! A special thank you to Hamza and Houssam, they were incredibly kind, gentle, flexible, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place was just as described: clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. They even provided us with free coffee, tea, and many other thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at the Dezayn was a delightful stay, we loved the riad it was very traditional. Each room has an en suite which was a great. The house keeper Abdul lateef was very helpful and always was around. Breakfast was lovely, the location was great but a 15-20 min uphill walk to the blue gate. Over all a great value for money riad we had a lovely 3 night stay and thank you Pierre’s for always responding to our messages promptly.

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the riad, the staff, the accommodations, the friendliness. The rooms were absolutely stunning! They helped us with local restaurants, set up airport and tour accommodations and had both breakfast and dinner for us! Zacarías was patient and extremely helpful!! This area was filled with beautiful history!! I cannot recommend enough!!

The house is in an excellent location to explore the nearby medina. It is a traditional house on four floors including the terrace with a wonderful view on the Medina. We have been warmlumy welcomed with mint tea by Manal who gave us all of the necessary information. Thank you!

Great location if you want to visit the Area of Fes and Ifrane

Very attentive and attentive

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment which was very spacious and clean , we did not even need to use the kitchen which was well equipped as there was everything we needed near the accommodation... The apartment is very clean, cozy and quiet and the bedding is comfortable... Our host was very welcoming and available, we thank him and recommend this place We will come back when we have the opportunity of a visit through Fez which is a beautiful city Thank you to our host

Aziz is a fantastic host. Made arrangements for a taxi to meet us at the train station and someone to walk us to the house. It is in the old city. Great location although a bit of a walk from where the taxi drops off. Old Fez is all pedestrian. You are minutes from many sites, shops, and restaurants.

Really good accommodation with beautiful swimming and amazing location close to good restaurant / coffee / mosque and the airport as well. I recommend 100% and Amina is easy to join if you encounter any issue during your stay . I said yes !
