This is a beautiful apartment. It was super clean. The apartment is quite large with a very well equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large and very attractive. There was plenty of hot water and portable radiators. There is a washing machine. There are a variety of cafes nearby as well as a Carrefour supermarket. The apartment is in a new house in an upscale neighborhood. Everything is in excellent condition. The location is a short, inexpensive taxi ride to the medina. M'hammed, the host, is great. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time. The host Mr. Abdelghani was very welcoming. The villa was impeccable and he provided us with women who were present to cook and clear up throughout the stay. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and all the services as well as for your availability and the perfect condition of the villa and amenities. We felt at home, as if it were our own house with all the comforts that go with it. Comfort deserves 5 stars The housekeepers were extraordinary

Thank you so much to Touria and Jamal for accommodating us at such short notice. I think we booked with less than 12 hours notice and yet they managed to get the house clean and ready for us to check-in and greeted us with a Moroccan breakfast. We felt very welcome. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Our honest feeling is that it was nicer than the photos! Jamal was our point person and he was always available and always responded to any queries very quickly. This was and is very much appreciated.

This Airbnb was such a lovely stay! There is a beautiful garden where I enjoyed sitting a reading a book. We went in the summer and the weather was a little chilly in the morning so it was perfect. The location is quiet and the apartment very clean. Mohammed helped us with anything we needed and was very very welcoming! He was quick to answer any question via WhatsApp. The train station is only a taxi ride away. As are the natural hot springs (about 30min away). If you were to stay here maybe consider renting a car so you can see everything Fez has to offer!

A sense of hospitality and excellent service, the stay was very pleasant, the accommodation is functional and carefully decorated, the pool and the view are a plus. Everything is there to please you. I highly recommend this accommodation, not only the owner but also the caretaker are both very kind, warm and professional people.

Very good stay in this villa which is really great! Everything you need is there for a family of 5, even with small children. Private parking, fridge, barbecue, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine in very good working order The photos don't do justice to the villa's potential. 4 major assets: - The house's equipment is perfect - Air conditioning in the rooms is a real plus - Everything is really close, it's super convenient - And above all, the terraces and the swimming pool without any neighbors are beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. I highly recommend it!

When booking, the very little review put us in doubt, but we decided to trust the listing. During our stay, we were told that the listing was simply uploaded to Airbnb recently. 15 minutes from downtown by car, this place is ideal for cutting off the hustle and bustle of town. The pool, breakfasts in the garden and hearty meals… It was just perfect! A attentive staff, we recommend this riad a thousand times.

We slept one night in this Riad so we wouldn't be too far from the airport and had a lovely time. Nassima and her colleague were very welcoming and helpful. The pool was very nice during the day and night. The Riad is very pretty and peaceful. The room had a terrace which I enjoyed very much and the bed was very comfortable. The Clim helped us to spend a pleasant night despite the outside heat. I would highly recommend this riad. It has all the comforts you need. Thank you for hosting us

Great place for us, on our way to the inner backlands of Morocco. Lots of clean rooms, with their own bathroom. Some accessed via the outside, but fine in this climate. Picked up friend from the airport which is closeby. No problems with busy city's, so was a good place to stay. Enjoyed it.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay in Houcine's house. The house is large, spacious, clean and functional, it matched the photos and description. The kids were able to take advantage of the swimming pool from morning to night. The little extra is a shaded terrace thanks to its fruit trees that delighted us. Houcine is very responsive and communicates smoothly, thank you to him for his kindness and patience. The place is very close to the airport which makes it extremely convenient at the end or start of stay. An address to keep for future stays
