Tinton's House by Shaman

Tinton is a nickname, nickname for my brother-in-law's grandfather. The shaman is the name of our boutique, which is our first and greatest business in commercial life. The restoration / renovation of the home ended in October 2022, and was very attentive and stylishly furnished. A combination of 2 apartments, which are also used independently at a central point. You can't get into the street by car. There is an 80-step staircase to the house. It's not suitable for those with walking difficulties. The fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

This cozy penthouse is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Fethiye, Karagözler neighborhood. It's within 10-minute walking distance from the city center and is very close to the peninsula with beaches (5 mins with a car). You can also do a lovely ~2 hour hike to the abandoned Kayaköy village area in the mountains. The view is simply breathtaking. If you're looking for a place to live like a local and enjoy being close to all kinds of activities, this is the perfect place.

Villa Rosa - Fethiye

Suprerb villa in Fethiye within a short drive to Calis beach area. The area is quiet and good for evening walks. The villa itself is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees (yummy pomegranats), lovely outdoor pool that gets plenty of sun all day. We stayed in Oct so getting cooler, but the pool was still swimmable, refreshing. Inside the villa was well laid out and as we were on a working holiday, the Internet connectivity was very good, with only a few times it was a touch slower. Super clean and comfy for a family of 5. Host was excellent, always available and made stay easy and welcoming. We would recommend. Thank you to Anil and family for a great break.

One of the nicest Airbnb places that we have stayed at. It has a perfect view for a relaxing vacation. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. It is up a steep hill, but it is within walking distance from the main pedestrian path along the coast. There are several grocery stores nearby. Nihat also arranged for pool access at a nearby hotel for a reasonable price.

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

The space is gorgeous. Great, quiet location. The whole complex is super well maintained, very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with really everything you need for cooking. The garden with play equipment for the children, the fantastic pool and jacuzzi as well as barbecue and many different seating options leave nothing to be desired. The hosts were always available and very friendly. I even got a surprise cake for my birthday 😍 We loved our stay and would definitely come back again

Very friendly, very helpful. They are always there for you if you need anything or have any questions. It was very beautiful and you have nice privacy. Reception and departure went well. We are super satisfied with the owner and with the beautiful villa. They also have a supermarket at the villa and a restaurant so you can order good food to the villa. Photos also match each other. Beautiful decorations, indoor pool can be heated in case the outdoor pool was fresh. If you are looking for the ultimate privacy with your family and a very quiet environment, I definitely recommend this!

The air bnb was really nice just like the picture. However the location was not the best, it is close to a bakery and market - 2 minute walk from the airbnb however the way to Oludeniz with the nice beach is quite far~ 1hr and you must take 2 dolmuşes to get there. but overall staff was frendly, helped us alot with directions and were attentive to our needs. If you are not planning to go to olüdeniz beach it is the perfect place to stay.
