Beachfront holiday rentals in Ficarazzi

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll! Nur in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer war es einfach zu stickig, weil es dort keine Klimaanlage gab, und das Fenster zu öffnen, wäre zu laut gewesen in der Nacht. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die 2 Terassen waren auch toll! Zum Urlaubsort an sich (Aspra) muss man sagen, dass man ohne Auto leider nur schlecht weg kommt (es gibt aber ein paar mal am Tag einen kostenlosen shuttle) und dort wenig zu tun ist. Der Strand ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Er ist nicht besonders schön, aber tut seinen Zweck. Ich würde viele Tagesausflüge empfehlen, ansonsten ist es ein guter Ort für einen Detox! :)

We had a one night stay before an early morning flight. The location was perfect. We had a lovely day at the beach. Margherita was very helpful and even gave us a ride to the airport at 4:00am. I would definitely stay again.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Erika hat uns super freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Grundausstattung wie Wasser, Milch und Pasta war toll, man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Super sauber, viel Platz und einfach ein Ort zum Abschalten. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der in der Gegend von Palermo wohnen aber noch die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer genießen möchte. Danke Erika für deine tolle Gastfreundschaft.

La casa è perfetta per godersi la spiaggia di Mondello, comoda e completa di tutto, anche del parcheggio. Benedetto è un host eccezionale, ci ha accolti anche con alcune sorprese molto gradite e ci ha permesso orari flessibili. Consigliato vivamente :-)

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Marilù per una settimana e mi sono trovata benissimo, non manca nulla. La casa è molto carina, pulita e ordinata. Vicinissima alla spiaggia, al minimarket (perfetto per fare la spesa perché c'è di tutto), alla farmacia, al bar e ai ristoranti. Marilù e Giuseppe sono speciali, gentilissimi e disponibili. Mi sono sentita come a casa, spero di tornare!

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

For trips to Palermo or the more distant sandy beaches, a car is recommended, but within walking distance you’ll find a rocky beach, a super well-equipped small supermarket (B+F), and “Ganci” – always open for very affordable snacks, cafe, gelato, or a spritz. Villa Claudia offers the best of both worlds: ideal for spending a few relaxing days there and as a perfect base to begin wonderful experiences in Palermo, at lively beaches, or in the hinterland.

Wir haben als Gruppe von 5 Personen für 2 Wochen in der Villa von Zaira übernachtet. Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Räume, das Bad sowie der Garten waren sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Zaira ist jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar.

L'ottima posizione ci ha consentito di visitare molti paesi e città della Sicilia occidentale, da Cefalù ad Agrigento. Confermo la grande disponibilità e simpatia dell'host Dario.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Place was neat and tidy and everything we needed! Everything worked perfectly from aircon to stove to shower. Francesco was extremely helpful and super responsive whenever we needed anything and helped organising airport transfers as well as checkout an hour later to accommodate our flight time. All in all very happy with everything!

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time

Absolutely lovely place, right on the beach with the most stunning view. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and sleeping to it too. Massimo was very kind, helpful and informative throughout the stay. I would recommend his place as it has the perfect balance of peace and is close to the gym and restaurants. He sent us a list of things to do and places to see, which were great and coordinated not just a driver but a few drivers, as well as giving us clear instructions when checking in and out. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt – ebenso die Küche. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea verlief reibungslos. Besonders hilfreich: Er hat uns ein Taxi vom Flughafen organisiert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Andrea ist uns in allem sehr entgegengekommen und hat den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt in angenehmer Nähe zum Zentrum von Mondello – den Strand konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, und auch Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert erreichbar. Unser Aufenthalt in Mondello war großartig – nicht zuletzt dank Andrea und seiner schönen Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Ho scelto l'alloggio di Pietro perché era collocato in una posizione molto comoda ai fini dei miei impegni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto valido ed host estremamente cordiale e disponibile, oltre che molto alla mano! Inoltre, la fermata del tram e del bus nei pressi hanno reso molto facile raggiungere il centro; esperienza consigliata!!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

Francesco’s place is beautiful and a fantastic location for discovering Santa Flavia. The apartment was really clean and the kitchen very functional. We had a very memorable stay!

Great little flat. Minor negatives, not the most spacious inside and bit of a hike to second floor but positives more than negatives. Clean, large bed and everything you need. Most importantly the outside space is just spectacular. Best view in Mordello. Great for lounging in the sun or having dinner on the veranda. Just out of the main drag so nice and quiet Highly recommended
