Στο παραδοσιακό κομμάτι του Καρπενησίου στη συνοικία της Αγ. Παρασκευής μια πετρόχτιστη πλήρως ανακαινισμένη κατοικία αποτελούμενη από ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι/κουζίνα το οποίο συνδέεται με το υπνοδωμάτιο και τη σοφίτα. Το σπίτι είναι 60 τ.μ. και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με πάρα πολύ μεγάλη άνεση 4 - 5 άτομα. Το καλντερίμι ακριβώς μπροστά εξασφαλίζει μοναδική ησυχία χωρίς να στερεί την άμεση πρόσβαση. Υπάρχει Χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι και το κέντρο της πόλης είναι 3-5λ με τα πόδια.

Πρόκειται για έναν ευχάριστο, ιδιαίτερα ζεστό χώρο, με προσεγμένη διακόσμηση και έντονα μοντέρνο στυλ. Η οικία διαθέτει υψηλού επιπέδου ανέσεις που θα κάνουν τη διαμονή σας μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Έχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε αυτή, απέχει 1.7km από την Ιερά Μονή Παναγίας Προυσού και 2.1 km από την αφετηρία για τη Μαυρη σπηλιά. Είναι δίπλα από είσοδο στα μονοπάτια που διαπερνούν το χωριό και ενώνουν την Ιερά Μονή με τη Μαύρη σπηλιά, με μια στάση στο μοναδικό αλλαντοποιειο Στρέμμενου. Το σπίτι διαθέτει 1 υ/δμε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι , ένα σαλόνι με δύο μονά. Το τζάκι μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.
