Apartment holiday rentals in Filderstadt

A nice little apartment in the attic near Messe Stuttgart. You can reach the trade fair in no time by car (< 10 min), you can also come back in the evening through your own parking space. The apartment is well maintained and tidy and also nicely furnished, as you can also see in the photos. As others have said, the bathroom is really small and the shower is virtually impossible to use. Ventilation is important because the humidity stops slightly. A little bit I felt (positively) remembered my student time with a small but homely 1-room apartment. For me, a nice retreat after the hustle and bustle of the fair. Gladly come back.

I had a very pleasant stay in Oliver's apartment. The location is ideal – very close to the trade fair and Stuttgart airport. The apartment was very clean, quiet and well equipped. All the details were thought out with a lot of care for the guest. Especially the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with new, high-quality appliances and utensils. Oliver was a friendly and helpful host. I can fully recommend the place!

Very spacious, clean, modern with everything we needed. The bathroom was such a good size and a bonus to have a second toilet. Lovely outdoor space too for warmer weather. Really good directions and instructions for parking and facilities. There was a wonderful bakery near by and great places to eat and drink. We have family near by and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful large and very clean apartment with cozy balcony. The kitchen equipment is great and there is nothing we missed. The bathroom is particularly inviting with a great shower area and the beds are very comfortable. Even a washing machine is available. A small surprise in the fridge was particularly nice. We felt very comfortable all around. The large underground parking garage, which is well suited for inexperienced parkers, was also particularly pleasant. Very good shopping facilities directly nearby. Perfect location for our musical visit to the Stage Palladium Theater, as it can be reached in a few minutes by car. Very nice host who always responded immediately. We would choose the apartment again and again.

We stayed with Markus & his family for the weekend – and felt comfortable right from the beginning. The personal welcome incl. Dog Ivan was warm. The accommodation: sparkling clean, bright & modern – with large living/dining area, open kitchen, cozy bedroom and beautiful bathroom. Highlight: the unobstructed view of the night sky through the large windows – just wow! Water bottles were ready to welcome you – very attentive, thank you! Kitchen is super equipped – ideal for self-catering. The view of the countryside can also be enjoyed from the bedroom and the balcony. The location in the residential area is quiet, yet you can quickly get to Metzingen, Reutlingen or the Swabian Alb. Markus was easily accessible and very friendly. Conclusion: likeable host & great place to stay – clear recommendation!

I really enjoyed staying in the small apartment. I was looking for peace and quiet and a break and found it there. It was super cozy and everything you needed was there. The family was always easy to reach and very friendly. The surroundings are very quiet, there are many shopping opportunities and you can also get to Esslingen, Göppingen or Stuttgart quickly by train. Everything is great and thank you very much.

The friendly basement apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is ideally located between Stuttgart and Tübingen. It is practically furnished and equipped with everything you need. Parking for the car is available on the street right in front of the house or - subject to availability - also in the driveway. Communication beforehand was smooth and Sabine, a very nice host, was also easily accessible during the stay. Initial concerns about dog barking have proven to be completely unfounded, Sabine's loving dog can't be felt and you don't hear it at all. I felt very comfortable here and will be happy to come back!

This was one of our favorite stays on our entire trip — Steffen’s apartment truly exceeded expectations. In fact, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s spacious, filled with natural light from both sides, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially loved the thoughtful layout, the dedicated office room (a rare and welcome feature), and the calming, beautifully styled decor. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into designing this place. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, feels intentional and welcoming. Communication with Steffen was smooth, and on check-out we had the pleasure of meeting his kind and friendly mom. A couple of things to note: the projector is a nice touch, but a standard TV might be more practical. A microwave and in-unit washer would also add convenience. Still, these were minor things in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

We had a lovely stay at the place. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was tidy and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

We felt very comfortable with Angelika and Patrick and had a lovely break in their fantastic bathroom exhibition. Due to the great location, we were able to explore a beautiful new area, for the windows we would only have liked screens so that you can ventilate in the evening, otherwise we will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our two-day stay immensely, it was really a break from an active holiday, which I really needed! The hostess Marianne was also really a treasure of a woman and we were received very warmly and openly. In addition, the cottage and the wellness area were very clean and tidy and everything we needed was present! We'd love to come back!
