It has a private panoramic swimming pool, large fenced park, gazebos, relaxation areas, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and parking. The interior, finely furnished, is divided into 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a billiard room, an equipped kitchen, a study and laundry. The ceilings are all wooden and the floors are terracotta. Wi-Fi throughout the house.
