Apartment holiday rentals in Financial District, Manhattan

This was such a great space to stay for a quick trip. While shared, there was privacy and all facilities were accessible anytime. Jennifer was super friendly, accommodating and an excellent host - would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tami’s place. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the subway, which made it easy to explore the city. It’s also close to a lovely park, which was great for a quick walk or some time outdoors. The private room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and very comfortable – just as described. While getting to some parts of Manhattan can take around 45 minutes by subway, it was never an issue for us. Tami was a great host – communication was smooth, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the apartment on the day we arrived. All in all, a perfect stay. We'd definitely come back!

Loved the area with easy access to the subway and good restaurant options. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for two people. Elizabeth is super responsive and helpful with whatever you would need. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Diana and Perla’s home, they were great hosts and their place was a wonderful bit of peace and quiet after busy days in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Lots of art on the walls and the place was super clean. Myrtle Avenue Subway is a short walk away which has plenty of trains to Manhattan in around 20 minutes, it also comes directly from Jamaica Station after the AirTrain from JFK. I’d stayed nearby in Bushwick on a previous visit to New York and wanted to stay in Brooklyn again because the local area is pretty cool with lots of interesting characters about and lots of good places to eat and drink, we never once felt unsafe walking around at night. Although we didn’t use it there’s a kitchen which has all you need if you want to make something yourself. All in all can’t recommend this place enough and we’d definitely book this place again if we come back to New York in the future.

Gabrielle sells her place short in the description. I stayed a week which is a long time! The room is a private quiet room with a street view. AND a super cool sound machine with all sorts of relaxing sounds. You have your own bathroom with everything you could want in a home spa from bath salt to choices of shampoo, conditioner & bubble bath or body wash. Everything was super clean and ready for a guest and there was also cool historic memorabilia around the home. The door people are helpful and friendly. And 24/7. I felt very safe.,You also have access to a roof with a beautiful view of the city. Gabrielle was super flexible and worked with me when I needed to change my travel dates. I felt welcome. The only shared space is the kitchen so sort it out if you’re a chef who likes to cook. The apt is a safe convenient location and the hosts were kind, responsive & hospitable. I recommend Gabrielle’s spot to other NY travelers. Can’t beat the price for all the amenities.

By staying at Reka's place, I got to get a small taste of what it feels like to be a real New Yorker for a short time - and it was amazing. Inside, the building lobby is colorful and felt very safe. And the apartment proper is beautifully decorated and full of warmth. My guest room was clean, uncluttered, and with incredible views of the skyline (especially at night). The shared bathroom was pristine, and the terrace offered a sunny secluded bit of respite from the streets below. Subway was just a few blocks away, but I never felt unsafe whether day or night. Saw a show just one block away, and it was wonderful to see so many people out enjoying the evening whether at one of the many restaurant patios or in the large public park up one block. Reka was a wonderful host, and I am already looking forward to staying again. Only this time for a few more nights!

Lee is wonderful - friendly, welcoming, communicative, (even when I wasn't!) The room is clean, fresh, cool, (we were there during a heatwave and it was honestly a haven of coolness!) The private courtyard is understated! It's a huge enclosed and peaceful yard just for the guests of this room. Although Lee lives there, we had a lot of privacy. It was very quiet, we felt very comfortable. And the rare occasion when we dis see Lee and his beautiful dog, Dahlia, was a bonus! Great location for enjoying the local area, Bushwick, and a quick L Train ride to Manhattan. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Lee, for sharing your lovely home with us :)

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Newark, NY! The space was incredibly clean, airy, and very comfortable for our whole family. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly felt at home for all 9 days. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, quick, and helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

found this place last minute with a good weekend deal. place just as pictured. the parking is a must need. need great parking skills for anyone with an SUV or Van, which we did as the garage is tight. check in was seemless. bathroom was nice and bed was great. I think place needs some more pots for cooking would return.

We just got home from enjoying a week long stay at Troy’s place. From booking our stay, to checking in, to checking out and all the time in between Troy was very gracious with his time. It felt like making plans with a friend which is the kind of interaction you want when spending time in an unfamiliar place. The place itself was spacious for my husband and our two teenage kids. The beds and pillows were comfy, the shower water was hot even as the last one showered for the evening. Troy had a brita water jug that was perfect for filling our waters for the day which was nice. We mostly ate out, but it seemed there were enough kitchen items to cook and eat in if one would prefer that option. One of the main reasons we booked Troy’s place was the proximity to Journal Square Terminal. It was an easy walk and we felt safe doing it every morning and night. We enjoyed our food and walking to Philippine Bread House, Toasted Bagel and Deli, Wealth Kitchen, Larry and Joe’s Pizzeria and Bay.

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
