Hemos estado muy cómodos, las vistas son mejores que las fotos y la ubicación excelentes, se llega facil, justo lo que buscábamos. La casa está muy bien equipada, no falta detalle.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Estancia fantástica! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar literal a pie de playa. Una casa muy bonita, práctica y con unas vistas maravillosas. Todo facilidades y sencillo con Manuela, muy amable. Intentaremos volver seguro!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

Es un apartamento perfecto para un plan como el nuestro (una escapada en pareja de 5 días). La playa al lado, el tram también, buenos restaurantes y el centro de alicante a unos 15 min en el tram. El apartamento es pequeño, pero no hechas en falta nada. Por la noche ni un solo ruido. La comunicación con Rubén fue excelente, por teléfono me informo de todo al momento, e incluso se encargó el mismo de reservarnos el taxi al aeropuerto. Estadía perfecta, volveremos por el apartamento, el anfitrión y por la playa que es espectacular

Una maravilla de alojamiento, limpio, muy cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado, con una terraza privada y maravillosas vistas al Peñón enmarcado entre el verde de los pinos y el azul del mar. Muy cerca tiene 3 calas a las que se puede ir andando con aguas cristalinas. Isaac muy pendiente de aclararnos las dudas. Muy recomendable. Deseando volver.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the location — right in the heart of Benidorm and just a few minutes’ walk from the best beach in town. Everything was super convenient. Highly recommended!

Mijn man en ik hadden een geweldige tijd in de 10 dagen dat wij in Benidorm verbleven! Vriendelijke host, snel reactie op mijn vragen en duidelijke instructies. Het appartement is echt geweldig, heel knus en sfeervol en alles wat je nodig hebt is wel aanwezig. Zelfs bedjes en parasol voor naar het strand mee te nemen. Alles is op loopafstand, de supermarkt, restaurantjes en het strand dus helemaal top! We zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen :-)

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Vi var 10 personer som firade en födelsedag här nere. Rymligt lyxigt hus direkt på stranden. Stor pool och flera ytor där man kunde dra sig undan om man behövde jobba eller få en lugn stund. Andrea och hennes man var så trevliga och snabba att svara och åtgärda om det var nån fundering. Smakfullt, lyxigt och genomtänkt med alla moderna detaljer samt tekniska lösningar. Ett drömboende jag skulle vilja ha för familj och vänner. Villa Thorodin får 5 stjärnor.

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.

If I could give Cristobal’s place more stars I would! Without doubt the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos on the listing make it look pretty but it is even more gorgeous in reality! Such a tranquil and beautiful space to relax in. There are so many details which add up to make this a really special place, it’s a two minute walk from the sea, the plunge pool, outdoor shower and immaculate garden were a highlight and the furnishings were tasteful and comfy. Cristobal was responsive and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

This is the best apartment owner! I have very warm feelings for him. Even online. He is a very attentive person. He helped me solve my problems and even more. He suggested what transport is convenient and cheap to get to the apartment, at 1 am he accompanied me online personally, made sure that it was convenient for me to check in and out. Everything in the apartment was prepared for my arrival, everything is clean and beautiful. There are all the necessary items from a hair dryer to a blender. Bed linen, towels, dishes - everything is clean. The apartment is located on the top of the mountain. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea, mountains and the city at the same time. Very beautiful. Comfortable and quiet. Fresh air. It is very important, yes, it is very important that Javier is always in touch. He always promptly answers all my questions, even sent a diagram of how to get to the beach very close and quickly in 5 minutes🏖️. In general - this is love 💕

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Wir haben uns in Albertos Apartment auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustüre und man erreicht zu Fuß bequem unzählige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment ist sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet - Shampoo, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Öl, Salz/ Pfeffer, Mülltüten, Sonnenschirm, Liegen für den Strand etc. - alles ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Für uns gibt es in Villajoyosa keine bessere Alternative.

Prestation, propreté, qualité des équipements et vue incroyable ! Tout y était pour passer un séjour exceptionnel. Merci également pour votre flexibilité 🙂 Nous reviendrons !

Great stay at Villa Louisa. We had travel issues and arrived around 1am the following day instead of 10am the day we were meant to arrive. No issues checking in so late and very well communicated on how to get in the villa. Very accommodating with requests for our arrival, with heating the pool prior to arrival, Cot/high chair, towels etc. We had a great stay, very clean and everyone thought it was a top villa! Will certainly be back and using the team for future bookings.

I booked the apartment mainly for the view and it certainly delivered that. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants (we particularly like Il Gusto below the apartment) and a decent supermarket nearby. I’ve stayed at a few AirBnBs in Benidorm and this is by far the best.
