The "Penty", a small traditional 75 m2 house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Poulgoazec, the former fishing district of Plouhinec 29. Enclosed south-facing garden of 250 m2, tiled terrace and large parasol. Large warm living room of 36 m2, wood stove, lounge area, kitchen and dining area for 6 people. Built in the 1930s , this beach house has a unique warm , quaint vintage atmosphere. Enjoy a fabulous selection of beaches , restaurants and walks nearby as well as numerous sailing activities. The house has an enclosed garden and backyard terrace which is great for chilling out. Sheets and towels supplied free of charge. Steep stairs requires vigilance for children under 4 years or elderly people. I sometimes stay in the garden studio and I am very discreet.

Our recent house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes walk from the Mousterlin nature reserve and the GR34, 5 minutes by bike from beautiful sandy beaches (900 meters). Guests can enjoy the sunny terrace and the many hiking or cycling opportunities just a few minutes from the house. You can also go shore fishing, taste the many local Breton products, discover the Glénan Islands...

This 3-star farmhouse is ideal for family vacations by the sea. It has a large main room comprising: equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 200 (possibility of 1 bed 180 x 200 on request). And a 3rd mezzanine bedroom (above laundry room, separate from other bedrooms) with 1 bed 140 x 200.
