We had a very nice vacation as a family The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Our children thought it was great that we were allowed to share the large garden. The hosts are very friendly and assist with any questions. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay with Irene and Thomas. We felt like at home and the apartment is a dream. Very good starting point for three ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. Our hosts were always available to help us and communication was very quick and straightforward. Highly recommended 👍

Everything was the best. The hosts were loved, available, and helpful all the time. The apartment was very nice, clean and above all well equipped. Ski bus and stop under the apartment, accessibility to the best ski places. I recommend it with all my heart, we will definitely visit this place and these great hosts!

Good one-room apartment with separate toilet and bathroom. Loved the backyard access with nice views of the mountains. Super convenient for snowboarding in Kaprun (only a 15-minute drive!). Several supermarkets are right in front of the building. The provided coffee machine and capsules for the week were a plus. Fridge was an okay size. However, the construction noise at the back of the building during weekdays was quite disruptive – lots of banging and crane sounds. Also, the WiFi signal in the apartment was very weak; I had to use my own 5G. On the fourth day, someone unexpectedly entered the apartment while I was there, which was a bit concerning. Overall, a decent stay for the location and views, but be aware of the weekday noise and weak WiFi.
