I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

Powerhouse Group did not disappoint. Beautiful small private deck overlooking Fishtown was an added highlight. The in unit washer and dryer was convenient. The Recommendations for sights in the city and popular restaurants made our stay hassle-free. I'm definitely booking again!!!!

Looks like the photos, the layout is a bit more general. This is really close to Chinatown and Gayborhood so plenty of in walking distance. About 15 minute drive from PHL. Would recommend! This is basically a hotel so don’t expect great communication using Airbnb.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. Everything was easy to access by walking. It’s just a couple blocks to the train and so many amazing restaurants! It did take us a bit to find the front door using gps and the key pad was a bit tricky to operate. But once we got that figured out it was perfect. The apartment is spotless and really cute. Would love up visit and stay here again! We really enjoyed it. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

I plan on staying here again. Love the location and close proximity to everything NoLibs has to offer. Love the comfiness of this place and how well designed it is (which matters a lot to me because aesthetics greatly impact our moods). Not a fan of the parking sitch but that’s every major city honestly. Overall great place. I’ll for sure be back.

My stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The space is exactly as pictured/described and the host(s) are very responsive to inquiries.

Staying and Rittenhouse is always wonderful. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and communication with Rafi’s Team great, very friendly. Lots of light in the space but the windows are very thin, it’s a busy street so if you bring earplugs for nighttime it’s fine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The place is spotlessly clean. The photos definitely don’t do it justice it’s much bigger than it looks! The rooftop has a beautiful view of the city We enjoyed our visit,thank you!

I've previously stayed in another one of the host's apartments and they are always spotless. Host provides detailed instructions and is very responsive. I love the proximity to The Met and the fact that there is free street parking easily available within a block of the apartment.

This place was so good. Exactly like the listing. There were two things that were concerning. 1. It seems like the cleaners missed a few spots. There were single lashes on the floors. 2.The walls were very thin. The neighbors were loud and bump and ground all night and it felt like I was in bed with them. However, Jose was amazing. The location was amazing.

Great location and price for a quick business trip. Just enough of everything we needed. Laundry in the unit and lots of linens/toiletries in the shower. Comfortable bed (which is so important and worth all the stars.)

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

The home was clean and neat and the host communicated good and in a timely manner. The only issue was there aint too many places to park in the street near the home

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

Very comfortable and great location. It was an easy walk to train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Washer and drier and nice and big too!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
